No update from the OP yet, and to be honest, I doubt we'll ever have one.
~snip~

The OP is either a troll or has one of those fake wallets that are designed to make it look like they have a bunch of coins, but it's actually a watch-only wallet. A few years ago there was a discussion on a forum on this very topic, and someone showed that such a file could be faked.

I don't know if it's a coincidence, but there are at least two more topics that I came across in the last 2-3 days where beginners are trying to sell wallets with tens or even hundreds of coins. It's no wonder, considering that scammers have clearly woken up, but so have legitimate users who remembered that they once had a BTC wallet that might be worth a fortune today - they just lack the password.

New ideas will be criticized and then admired.
Tomorrow morning I plan to go to the library and check out the funds. I bought a good VPN service and in a store I bought a good mask just in case the library has cameras, my life will change tomorrow!!!!

You've found Satoshi's wallet, LoL.
Nice joke, buddy, but importing addresses in watch-only mode isn't enough to be able to spend them.
Your wallet looks like you've set up electrum to monitor a list of addresses with balance.
Even if you've faked the electrum source code, this is useless, but it's fine for laughs.

No update from the OP yet, and to be honest, I doubt we'll ever have one. It's over 24 hours since he last mentioned that he's planning on moving the coins, while of course, the coins haven't been moved from any of the wallets. Chances are that he's too disappointed to admit that the users who mentioned that he has no practical access to the wallet.dat file are right, and he was wrong. I'm even doubting the scenario of him finding the wallet.dat randomly on the darknet, I wouldn't be surprised if he actually bought it (was scammed) by someone who told him he was unable to retrieve the coins, but he possibly could.

Can't you sign a message? It doesn't need WiFi and won't affect your privacy. Just sign a message from that wallet, post signed message here and we will confirm whether you are real or fake.
If you want a tutorial about how to sign a message from Electrum, here it is, check this image: https://imgur.com/qXbURuy

Now, let's talk about the concerns you have. Can you redeem your Bitcoins? Well, keep in mind that blockchain is public and governments are getting advanced in blockchain analysis. This wallet is very hard to not notice, so keep in mind that all eyes are on you in case you move coins from it. Also, keep in mind that news websites like Cointelegraph, Coindesk and others will publish articles about how Bitcoins moved from one of the famous Bitcoin address that belonged to Mt Gox.
If you really do have access to those Bitcoins, then don't do a thing without doing a very deep research about how to protect your privacy.

Browsing the deep web, I found a wallet.dat, download it and import it to electrum and to my surprise it contains millions of bitcoin, what can I do? I'm pretty scared, I just created an account on this forum right now just to post this.

Looks like a fairy tail for me because AFAIK you can not import wallet.dat into  Electrum as this wallet  does not support such kind of files.

Am I wrong? If yes, please, give the  step by instruction  how to do this just for the case the luck will be my lady when I start the sieving the deep web  Grin.

Of course it is totally possible to import a wallet.dat file to electrum, anyone who uses electrum on the forum can confirm this

Nope, you can not import wallet.dat into Electrum. The latter allows the import of private key but to get it from wallet.dat file you need to open it with Bitcoin Core first and then, extract it via relevant console command providing pertaining password in the case when the file is encrypted

Thus, as I already said, you story is nothing more than   fairy tail.

VPN Friendly & Exclusive Bonuses!
Then donate it to the forum or to Theymos wallet address especially.. Lol😂😂.. Since you claim you don't know what to do with the millions of Bitcoin you just discovered, because I'm sure that Bitcoin will literally go a long way for the growth of the forum😂😂...
Ah! I Know you are just joking and the best way to do is to go to a local police station and report it to them. Since you have brought it to the forum, you have to use this to build reputation in the forum and in real life. Using VPN will help him to avoid any unnecessary attack by virus. And another way out for this issue for the Op to donate the bitcoins to a charitable organizations or orphan homes.

Before making the transaction I will use VPN and I will do it from a library wifi connection. I will also be masked for more security.

No VPN will save you from malware in the file. At most you can isolate the file (if you know how to do it) for testing, but nothing more.

It's okay to have dreams in life, but always with your feet on the ground.

What VPN will you be using? The Free TunnelBear you just downloaded? VPNs do not necessarily guarantee privacy. It doesn't make any sense that you've publicly downloaded a wallet.dat file and have access to the wallet, if you did it, how come and someone else hasn't done it already? Why are you getting so pissy when someone points out that the wallet is encrypted? If it isn't, just make a transaction.

I will never ask anyone for any information, you can rest assured, it is not a scam, why are they angry because I just found a treasure?

The issue is that you don't have access to this treasure. And no matter how much you claim, create videos, etc, the only proof that you own those bitcoins will be a transaction made from that wallet. Or a signed message using that wallet. But you can't do either of those things because you don't have access to that wallet.

And from a legal point of view, this wallet is known to everyone as a hacker wallet, and if you by some miracle get access to this wallet and make even one transaction, be sure that in a few hours you will have guests at your house.

Well, I hate to say, but I can see a scam brewing. This is now a common theme, somehow convince people that you have something valuable, but there is one small thing which is restricting you to use that treasure. Then hope that someone will come to you (through PM or telegram) and you can scam him. It is either that or simply a troll attempt. In any case, you need to be tagged. I will be giving negative feedback to you for such pathetic attempt. Run away chose some dumb forum to post this.

haha yea exactly this. what type of moron would brag on a public forum that they have access to $20B. if he had access he could easily move a small amount to a DEX, get monero, and cash out in BTC or stables into a new wallet

I simply wanted to know if there are legal risks when moving funds from the wallet that I found on the deep web, that's why I created this post, I will never ask anyone for information, they make a lot of movies in their head. I WILL NEVER ASK FOR ANY INFORMATION FROM ANYONE!!! I am even receiving many private messages but I will not respond to anyone, because I know that they will scam me, and I do not want to lose my valuable treasure

I can help you with it, just send me a coin or two if we work it out. Have you tried right click an address and see if it has key? Let me know if you need help.

Yes, when I right click with the mouse it allows me to see all the private keys for each address associated with the wallet.
