I can help you with it, just send me a coin or two if we work it out. Have you tried right click an address and see if it has key? Let me know if you need help.

...it seems like you're envious of the treasure I just found.

Yeah, the whole world is jealous of you Grin

I just saw in your description that you have a wallet with 0 balance, do you want a bitcoin? Remember that you are now talking to a billionaire.

A billionaire without billions Grin I don't need anyone else's, I have enough of my own.

I was reflecting on what type of information might have been included with that wallet.dat file when you initially discovered and downloaded it. Even if you can successfully load the wallet and see the Bitcoin addresses contained in it you won’t be able to access or move the bitcoins stored in those addresses. The reason is that the wallet is encrypted and without the corresponding password the funds remain inaccessible. This encryption acts as a safeguard ensuring that only the rightful owner with the correct credentials can make transactions.

Thank you very much for your serious response, I will try to move the funds to my personal wallet to see if it asks for a password, can you tell me if there are legal risks in trying to move the funds? thank you so much

I uploaded the video to YouTube showing all the transactions and addresses associated with the wallet

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KH1s6mCky7w

And the purpose of it? Who needs it?

Just a test to let people on the forum know that I'm not making this up, it seems like you're envious of the treasure I just found.

And the purpose of it? Who needs it? If you uploaded a video of you transferring bitcoins from this wallet, then yes, it would make sense Wink

So what recommendation do you have for me? Can I try transferring some of those funds to my wallet to see if it works or is it too risky to try?  thank you so much

You're not reading carefully. I wrote to you that you can't do anything with these bitcoins.

This.  Just because you can see the BTC doesn't mean you can spend it.  Go ahead and try.  It will ask you for a password because the wallet.dat is encrypted and you won't be able to provide it because you don't have it.  The password will likely be extremely difficult if not impossible to crack and won't be worth anyone's time to try.  People sell wallets like this all the time to newbies who think maybe it could be worth something.  It isn't.  Sadly.

Well, first of all, there aren't millions Smiley It is set to display the quantity in mBTC.

That is, there you get 331831.98344229 BTC. Secondly, I checked the very first address, it is the address with bitcoins stolen from MtGox in 2011.

I am an infamous Bitcoin address containing 79,956 BTC stolen from MtGox in 2011, coins which have never moved since. Many claim me but no one has my key.

I assume that the whole wallet contains the same stolen bitcoins.

And yes, this wallet has not been hacked so far, so I doubt you can do anything with them.

I can even make a video of the wallet and upload it to YouTube, I have no need to lie to people I don't even know, I don't earn anything from it.

I'm sorry but I'm having a hard time believing it. So, you're claiming that you found the wallet file on the darknet, where exactly, why was it available to download, and why was it given away if it was that simple to redeem it?

Perhaps you could sign a message from one of those addresses.

I'm sorry but the first address states that it's owned by the MtGox hacker.

Can you tell me what I gain by making up what I say in this post? nothing!! I am simply telling what I found and I would like to know what I can do or if I can get in trouble for trying to transfer those bitcoins to my personal wallet. Regarding your question, I found it on a very old Russian page on the deep web, many of the transactions the wallet is from 2009
