I think you should spend 25 percent to buy bitcoin ,25percent  to ethereum, 25percent to buy other cryptocurrency and  25percent to buy a very good ICO.

It's not important to invest the same thing all through and if I were the one I will just invest 30% on good ICO and 35$ each on ETH and BTC which I believe in most.
Good thing to spread your investment into other coins from 3-5 to avoid losses. It don't need to have a lot of coins to invest then, as it could really hard to manage them all especially if we aren't in full time crypto trader.

Now with $ 20,000, there are a lot of options to invest, and I recommend investing in ETH and altcoins because the exchange rate is at the bottom. The current ETH rate is only $ 450 if you invest 70% in ETH and the remaining 30% in the altcoins such as EOS, XRP, ADA, then the end of the year you earn will be massive due to the exchange rate market recovery.

To me $20000 is huge and I'll diversify investing my 💰. What I mean by diversifying is that I'll budget half  of the money for btc and ETH then use  twenty-five percent to support few ICOs with good prospects and working product and lastly twenty-five percent to buy few stable coins like ripples, stellar lumen, monero, EOS  and neo.

For $ 20k capital by way of investing it also does not hurt anyway. maybe if i have that kind of capital to invest, the path I would choose is 50% for bitcoin, 30% for ethereum, and 20% I use for trading capital

if it's my own capital I will definitely invest for a long term 50% on bitcoin, 25% on ethereum and another 25% will be invested in other potentially good altcoins for the future with the project on the lugs will continue to grow to increase the price. so the risk of our losses in investing small enough and will be able to get big profits if the price goes up significantly.

You have got money to start investing in cryptocurrency. You can invest in ethereum now because the price of ethereum is low and you can start $20k with it and when it's price rises it will yield much money that's in the nearest future

I would invest everything in bitcoin because altcoins to varying degrees all depend on bitcoin.

First of all I would take my time getting into the market.  This way you limit the amount of silly mistakes.  Now, If i had that amount of money I would most likely spend 50 percent on Bitcoin. The other 50 present I would spend on more expensive altcoins such as MyCryptoBank.

Well, You've already specified what you want to do with the funds. Follow your instincts and hopefully, it pays. Diversity is key and you have done that correctly. But you can go further to do more research as to which other coins you can invest little % in.

and you should not listen to any advice, but do your own research,  and keep control of your private keys yourself.

First $100 , spend it on a good hardware wallet , like trezor or ledger .

then buy $400 a month bitcoin and $50 ETH or LTC or DASH , spend another $50 on small coins/projects each month another. leave ICO out of it. buying every month something  will reduce you risc.

Better for Bitcoin and Ethereum, allocate a larger share of the money. It would be safer to invest 30% in Bitcoin, 30% in Ethereum and 40% to invest in investment in altcoins and ICO projects.

Investing big money in cryptocurrency it is necessary to distribute the investments correctly. It is very important because it can affect success of your business. I would invest a half of all means in BTC - it is the most reliable crypto which sets a trend to all market. I would invest other part in ETH and new perspective projects.

I think you should spend 25 percent to buy bitcoin ,25percent  to ethereum, 25percent to buy other cryptocurrency and  25percent to buy a very good ICO.
It is a significant amount of money to invest so I would recommend you even to hire some of the experts that you know personally and ask for him to advise you in which cryptocurrency it would be better to invest.

If  i am the one that's exactly what i am going to do, diversifying it that way, will make the best out of the money and won't put you at much risk
Not so much risk but still it is risky. The time OP have wrote this topic BTC is down more than 50% as of this time. If he had bought btc during that time, his portfolio is down right now and he need more holding time to recover the money that he invest.

Well, 50 % on 2 large coins of investment I think is not the best idea and profitable , I would invest could 25% in Ethereum and bitcoin , 50% would trade on altcoins , of course if you are trained , and the rest would try to invest in projects and ico . so it seems to me better , but of course if these 20,000 thousand not your last money that you invest

That would make a good strategy. Spread your investment as they say. I think with that option, you will be doing holding because if you buy bitcoin and ethereum now, the price is high and you gonna wait for some time to gain profit it bitcoin will break another ATH.
