the decision is on you but if I may suggest for now you better hold your Etereum in the next few months because now the market is down so this is not the right time to sell your coins.
The market is normalizing a little bit, so with a little more time things will go back up again, ethereum is very promising and several altcoins are based on its structure so they will always depend on it, as well as its price also goes hand by hand with bitcoin, so if you need the money for something immediate is better to sell something and hodl the rest, as it has a very promising future.

It can be even more than the previous years. If Bitcoin managed to cross the $30000 value till the end of the year, ETH will have its value even more than $5000. ETH is a crypto with great potential and it is this potential that took ETH from ground to the second position in the crypto market in a short span of three years. So there is huge possibilities that ETH will cross the $20000 till December and might even surpass the former value that further depends on the demand of the crypto in the market and other factors. OP has probably sold ethereum at all time high, if I remember it was 1200$ or at least very close to it. They are spamming they are not interested in anything but to write few words. 
In that case, I think it's better to keep your ETH. Believe me, you will not remain in the loser. And do not regret it.

The Ethereum is a promising coin and it seems to me that by the end of the year its price will grow strongly. But I would advise you to partially sell the Ethereum and buy other promising altcoins that can bring you more profit.
if I have it I would be very happy, because 250 ETH is a huge amount for me, and in my mind I will divide 50% to invest in potential ICO, and 50% more I want to keep it in my wallet, because I'm sure that in the future Crypto will continue to increase and popular that will generate more profits. 
250 ETH is huge amount, if I had it then I would hold about 150 ETH and the rest I use to invest a profitable ICOs, I will never sell ETH to fiat because I'm sure that the future of crypto will keep improving.
I think it will be a very good decision and also a profitable one if you can continue to hold for as long the market recover and the price gets to a value where you can make reasonable profit when you sell it.

I think you should hold it until 2019 or 2020. Or you can wait until the price of ETH increases to $ 1k per coin. I believe the price of ETH will reach that level when the market rebounds strongly. 2018 is an undesirable year for many investors, economic downturn in some Asian and European countries.
