Yep, you need to have >5 posts and >4 hours total time logged in.
It's to filter out impatient and annoying people, clearly.

I understand spammers are a problem but this is just lame. Why not use captcha like everybody else? I, and probably a lot of other people, have been reading this forum for a long time without posting anything. Until a yesterday when I wanted to sell some FPGA PCBs breakout boards for BTC and post an ad.
Who could have guessed you should register just to read? I probably set the browser on autoreload or something tonight. What a waste of time.

Delete System32 always works with these problems, I do it at least 4-5 times a day when it fills up.
Ah man, I have so much random crap built up in that folder. No wonder.
