Yea I noticed you can't stay on the same page reading. You have to refresh every 5 minutes or so.
It is a pain in the drain. I do a lot of reading here and I don't even get credit for logged in time if I stay on one page and read and try some of the tips. It seems to only credit time if you are active refreshing screens etc.

I'm on the forum for more than 19 hours. I just don't have that many things to say and the things I want to say, I can' t say because I'm not able to post in the thread where I wanna post.....

Same here. Have 5 posts and over 6Hrs. 
It can also take a while before it gets updated

And when they say 4 hours on the Forum, they mean moving around within it-- you can't just park on a page and leave your computer.
