Your friend is really very lucky!!! I congratulate you. As for your question. I'd transfer money to a crypto Fund if I were you. For example, in Switzerland there are several such funds. You will be able to transfer bitcoins and some of them you can withdraw in dollars. You may be able to pay the tax, but it is a more profitable option. There will be questions Write to the PM

Wow, This is really a huge amount of BTC, This is the first time that I see someone who have this large amount of bitcoin like that this year. I think it's too hard even if you are in US to cash out this huge amount in just one cashout. I suggest to cashout out monthly or weekly some of your btc in some great exchanges online or you can travel with us and do that. Enjoy with your btc my friend.

There are many suggestions thrown around, the first thing he has to do is to contact a lawyer and take a legal opinion on withdrawing this much amount in Malaysia, there will be tax issues you have to sort out these things before planning to sell the coins at once, if it is legal in that country then there is no way he could get in trouble, he can sell the coins in the exchanges around the globe and he must be able to wire the money to his account, the best solution is to find an OTC broker and negotiate terms with him since you are dealing with high numbers and you can very well sell your coins easily because these private sales have high volumes than the public exchanges, so it is possible.

Congratulations but wonder why you waited this long when you would have cashed out when btc was at its highest peak....

Anyway thats water under tge bridge,I would suggest investing in some assets...say find someone from your home country that can sell you a house or something of great value for some of your btc....or you could take it slow and buy some stuff from online stores buy selling some of your btc for giftcards but be on the look out for scammers.

I don't think Op will make it possible. It is a huge amount and surely he'll end up with a legal problems. Better is to cash out what is required and have the rest in terms of bitcoin. Some people have interest upon bitcoin knowing that it is highly risk involved and not the same as other investments.

you should not be too afraid of your country because there are still some countries that accept bitcoin and I believe bitcoin will not die bitcoin will be very expensive in the future.

I can't trust on you. I am feeling that you are joking to others. If it is true then I advise not to sell in single time. Sell it in parts in partly time. You can go to USA, UK, Japan.

Guys,

I'm from Malaysia, and I brought 8000btc when many years ago(and glad that I still have found back).

I'm looking for cash out all the btc I have own now,it is about 100 million usd fund, but I don't think my country market have support that huge of volume,I do my research found that exchanges in Malaysia are really small, big exchanges like only bitfinex and coinbase can support that much of volume, but it can't use their service in Malaysia, and I'm not US citizen.I don't know what to do now.

I'm really frustrated knowing I own that much of money but I can't cash out due to my country is not popular with this coin, any suggestion for me? Whoever can help me solve my problem I promise to gave him 50btc after I manage to cash out.A man will keep his word.

what country that can support 100 mil usd withdrawal?

I'm actually have thinking about open an US bank account, but I'm not sure whether I can withdrawal that much of fund from exchanges to my bank account or not.

I actually don't mind paying tax fees to US or Malaysia gov whatever,I just want to have a cash out plan.

You can sell for dollars and withdraw through offshore. You can register as an entrepreneur, and on documents to spend money from bitcoin, as earned on your business. You can pay tax, as from working with investment assets.
There are different exchangers in which you can sell bitcoins for dollars. And it is not necessary to sell all the bitcoins at once.

If i were you, i would cash out little by little every month. Just consider you have a big passive incomes.
Anyway, what is the limit cap in your country ? Don't cash out it all, do it many times. If you immediately cashout 8000 BTC, your government
will suspicious on you. Avoid it at all cost.

First of all, be practical. You cant cashout 8000 BTC at once. Even if you do, the Malay govt will turn towards you and will bombard you with questions. Try to sell small amounts and setup a business of your own in your country. Become a businessman, roam around and try to sell Bitcoins hand to hand in the countries where you travel and transfer them in low amounts to your bank accounts. It will take decades to cashout all your Bitcoins safely.

If you do not deceive, then you need to move to live in the USA. There you can pay taxes and freely display your millions.

Doesn't seem that you're too honest about this, right? You could certainly cash it out a bit by a bit, you should only check your lows first, pay any taxes and voila, you're a rich man Smiley

if you can't cash out your bitcoin in your county, you should go to a bigger country that support bitcoin but if you can't do that,  I suggest you to cash out your bitcoin gradually because I think cash out 8000 bitcoin in the same time is very risky,. may be in one day you can sell 1-10 bitcoin. it may will take a time but it is safer than you have to sell all your bitcoins at once.

If you really have so much funds lying in your wallet, why don't you migrate to a country which allows this.

I have a suggestion for members here not to contact OP offering help to withdraw these BTC for some commission. This can also be some scam, it is very much common on social networks. OP should have posted some proof for this if he was really serious.

Wow, what a huge money. But why do you want to withdraw it in one time? For me, you should withdraw it minimally so that you can spend your bitcoin. Withdraw it when you need money. I think 8000 BTC is a very huge money to hold so you must withdraw it minimally. You can withdraw it daily or weekly.

8000 BTC is huge money even this amount only belong to big bitcoin exchange for 24 hours volume support and if you really have it then i suggest to you withdraw gradually from the particular amount such as 5 or 10 BTC for each days and currently it's not difficult to find trustable bitcoin exchange in Malaysia so i think that would not problem

Is this for real? Did you really found your 8000 BTC from way back when it is easy to mine? I have doubts that it is real. And OP might be toying with us, but I think the probability also exist. If it is real, why do you want to exchange your BTC so much? Also, 8k in one withdrawal? You can do it minimally. Daily withdrawal.

I would recommend you to hire the public accountant and let him do this task for you (on the planning part). As you said, you don't have issues with the taxation, I don't see any difficulty in cashing out 8K Bitcoins. You can always trade on the international exchanges having adequate trade volume and withdraw the amount and doing a wire transfer to your bank.
