i think its better to drop your money in bitcoin and ethereum from a half of your money witch mean about $4000 in bitcoin and the other $4000 in ethereum, then you can split your $8000 with other altcoins, such as DOT about $2000, Link about $2000, Cardano about $2000 and the rest of $2000 you can find a low cap coin mate

If you're really into investing right now, don't go more than half of that 16000 as your capital and go for ETH first.
Unless that amount is really just intended for investment and you still have a lot that is intended for your needs then you should think twice first in your investment.
I don't want that 16000 USD to go even below 10k.

It really depends on what portion of your savings that 16000 dollar is. If it is something you have already set aside for investment purposes then you can invest some in crypto and some in safe savings accounts. If that is all your savings then its probably better to put a small amount in crypto and save the rest.

Don`t invest all your capital if you don`t wat to lose it. Market for now is overpriced, so it`s not good point to enter the crypto for now. Bullish market can end any time and your funds will be wasted.

There are many other ways to multiply your balance safely. Try to use staking or savings/lending options provided by trusted exchaneges

1. You must think about how much money you can afford to lose because the coin will not give you a guarantee to increase forever.
2. You can try to divide your amount into all of the coins equally.

How much you should invest based on the reputation of the coin. if that's a legit coin and you should put more on it but you can try to put less on the new platforms that are still on the development progress.

If you are just starting out investing, or you are still having confusion in analyzing the project and the market, I don't think you will use all your money. if you want to focus on the coins you mention better put a small portion of your money in advance on each asset you choose. just focus on the 3 assets that you mentioned before you can really understand how the character of the coin and the market for each coin is. if you already know then you can do anything with your money. the most important thing is to take trading experience first. I am sure it will help you.

Are you willing to hold for long term because the prices of the cryptos were already high, it is risky to get in if you aim for short time only.. we never know when it will get down. $16000 that's a lot of money maybe one crypto invest around $2k amount I think..

Mate if this 16000 usd is all you ever have pls and pls do not risk investing all the money into crypto, you are taking a risk that can cost you alot, you'd better take some part of the money to take such risk because crypto investment isn't guaranteed, be wise

The first question that I would like to ask is can you take losses, this is the first thing that you need to resolve when investing in a highly volatile market, the second one is are you willing to wait for a profit because there are a lot of great projects, that takes time for you to make a profit because real projects are not pumped and dumped.

Well first of all, only invest the amount in cryptos that you can afford to lose.
The next question is what kind of investment do you want to make? Are you looking for relatively save and stable investments than i would put a big part of your money into BTC. But also projects like ETH or polkadot like you already mentioned should be doing fine.
If you want to go for high risk investments in hope for quick x10 or more than you can try to join one of those investment pools for example and join pre-sales, but you need to understand that the risk of a total loss of your funds is way higher this way.

Bitcoin will be the biggest amount from your total money, for example, 50%-70%. You can then use the percentage, for example, 30% for ethereum, 10% for polkadot, and 10% for the other potential coins. But for the number, that will depend on you because it is about how you want to use it for investing in bitcoin and altcoins. Or you can use $10k in bitcoin, and the rest $6,000 for the altcoin. You can use $3,000 for the ethereum and the next $3,000 for the other potential coins.

We aren't the one to make this decision for you, the question I would like to ask you is are you ready to lose all the 16,000 USD? If no then how much are you willing to lose? You got a number? Then invest that exact amount on any altcoin you want, ETH, DOT or INJ are all good projects just make sure you invest with what you can afford to lose

Depends on how much risk you're willing to take on a project that you choose. If that's your final decision then I suggest you put 60% on ETH and 20% on both INJ and DOT so no matter what happened in the market at least you have a strong coin that can cover all your loses if ever, always put big money on the good coins and regret nothing later on.

If 16,000$ is all you have then you must not invest all of it, keep some for yourself, and you can invest money in a alt-coin and they collapse, you worked for your money so invest with vigorous research, ethereum is a good coin and your money is better there than any of the rest two, and Bitcoin is good investment for you with that amount of available money.
