Bitcoin and Ethereum both have great potential to grow in the future that is why they stay on top 1-5 coin for a longer years, I recommend you to buy both of these coins while its cheap because sooner or later you will regret it once the market recovers.
Both of these coins are very popular until now they are still firmly above the market seen from CMC, bitcoin and ethereum have the stability of each, according to me, it is more bitcoin to invest because it is estimated that it will rise again.

All depends on you, everyone has their own ways and choices. If according to the observations that you do both are equally profitable to invest, then buying both is not a wrong choice. Bitcoin is already a established coin and it is the very first cryptocurrency so it's just rigth that its price is on top always. As for your question regarding where to invest between the two dominant coin I would prefer to invest it ethereum over bitcoin because the price is very cheap now while bitcoin is very expensive already.
Nice decision, mate! I guess this two coins are the most promising at the crypto market, because Bitcoin is the king of all crypto, and Ether is the king of tokens and most of ICOs!
