Both Ethereum and Bitcoin are good cryptocoin. Investing in both isn't wrong, in this case you will have double possibilities that you will get profit from both of those coins.

In the past, ETH outperformed BTC but that may not be always the case in future. It is better to buy both of these coins and hold for long term.
Ethereum and bitcoin will always be a good choice to invest because these two coins will give a lot of money in the future especially bitcoin. We know that bitcoin can increase higher, so bitcoin is a must-have investment. And if you can not buy 1 bitcoin, you can buy part by part of bitcoin and let say that you are saving more and more satoshi until the price increase and you can sell it at once. But if you have much money, then I suggest you to buy ethereum and bitcoin at the same time and hold it.

If confused then go in and invest only on both the coins. There can be no assurance that could be believed for coins then that will experience an increase in getting profit. bitcoin could just be the beginning of a rise for all the coins however ethereum with hardfork will happen is also capable of turning decline into early on many coins on their platform.
Bitcoin and Ethereum are very special coins because, with these two coins, Crypto is increasingly popular and growing. Both of these coins are very worth buying and in the first and second quarters of 2019, we hope the price will soar. Of course, we have to be patient and now have to invest.
Bitcoin is leading the way in cryptocurrency but there are issue here. The present capacity of bitcoin can not be said to be better off than Visa for instance. The fee are high, the scaling issue is there and other transaction issue. Ethereum is no difference either. We need real work been done to push crypto for mass adoption!
Bitcoin and ethereum are projects that undoubtedly cause positive emotions in anyone who is connected with the world of cryptocurrency, but my investment preferences are far from these projects, because my investment experience (Etheera project, ETA token) at the end of last year showed me that investing in projects with lower capitalization can brings more money than bitcoin investments.
Bitcoin and ethereum are the best coins in cryptocurrency, in my opinion it would be better if you could invest in these two coins, each of bitcoin and ethereum has the advantage and certainly will provide maximum profit in the future if you are able to invest both of these coins
If you ask for my opinion, I would suggest you go for both. But if your finances are too low to invest in both, then you can go for only ethereum since it is the coin I believe can make some wonders this 2019.

Investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum is less risky. They can fall in price and you reduce the value of your assets. However, you will not incur losses until you sell them.
Other projects can fall to almost 0 and there you can lose your money.
of course investing in bitcoin is the best choice. and has a lower risk of loss compared to ethereum. because bitcoin is the main currency in cryptocurrency which is an altcoin guideline. the rise and fall of bitcoin prices will affect the altcoin. and now the value of ethereum also continues to decline investment in ethereum is now at risk. so it's better to invest in bitcoin.

but, for now i only invest in ethereum.
My choice is Bitcoin. Even if you do not have a lot of money, you can invest in it just a little. Then, with time, you can buy more cryptocurrency. BTC is the market ruler and the leader. I bet on it.
If I were you I would prefer ethereum to investment, both of them are very cheap now this is okey but ethereum can rise faster than bitcoin we know this so I prefer it for more profit.
Personally, in the conditions of market instability, I would decide to invest part of the money in Bitcoin and part of Ethereum.

If you are looking to invest into the crypto market then i suggest you invest into bitcoin which has a very large market cap and also one of the major cryptocurrency which you can be rest assured that when the crypto market rises it would definitely rise with it. Most people however shun from bitcoin investment because of its price but in such situations you can invest into ethereum.
I wish i had enough cash for buy bitcoin or ethereum right now. that's drawback for those who got into cryptpspace when price was very high.
I consider bitcoin for very long term investment, ethereum for mid term investment. Bitcoin is still better than anycoin.

I don't know for sure, but the bitcoin price movement greatly affects the altcoin, whether the effect is good or bad. I would rather suggest investing in bitcoin, but if you can invest in both then invest in both ethereum & bitcoin

btc and ETH are the most profitable crypto. the reason why eth doesn't rise is a matter of time. we need to wait a little for ethereum to go up.
I still believe in ethereum and bitcoin even when the market is far away like this.
