I give you that merit to just encourage you, some people say this forum is hostile to new members, if you found it that way, you will end up being like a student that hate his subject teacher and fail his course. I remembered I knew no one when I joined last year, but I have passion to know more about bitcoin especially and also to know about cryptocurrencies in general. I am better today and this forum has taught me a lot to helping me in daily life. We have women that have progressed on this forum too, you can also be one, but you need to learn, research and contribute to this forum before you can achieve this. You are welcome.

Good day everyone, I am Marykeller from a west African country. I just stumbled on cryptocurrency. Am always to learn every day but my background where I came from, the society has put on an embargo on women in my area but I have taken a bold step today by making my first post and this my first post, I believe will lead to much more fruitful post for me and much much knowledge acquired. Am not just here to invest in bitcoin, no no no, I don't even have the financial capability to buy bitcoin now. But I believe that bitcoin will be something for the future and will liberate women like me from a community that is still backward. Now, why do I want to learn bitcoin? Before I start enumerating why I want to learn more about bitcoin. As I said before, I am ever willing to learn type. I have gone to some workshops with the money I have saved from farming. In some of the workshops and seminars, I have been to, in between the talks, bitcointalk.org came up and this is me registering. Am not here just for any other purpose but am here for one

1. To improve my cryptocurrency knowledge. While even improving my knowledge,   to make every other woman that I can reach benefit from what I have. Because I am seen as a leader and I have finished secondary school. And I have the vision to still further my education in a region where female education is encouraged.
2. To be able to sustain in this ever-changing financial system.
3. I just believed bitcoin is the future.

I think my stay here is going to impact not just me alone but to the less minimum of 50 women's life and change some children's futures as well.
