This is a very painful way to learn that sometimes, things are too good to be true. This is so tragic and I have heard similar stories like this but it is unfortunate to read them. I hope you are in better shape now and hopefully you can back to this industry soon. I learned to be more careful and cautious now and I will hope that this things won't happen to me because I really won't know what to do.

They even send small tokens, I always check everything 3 times. Why did not you protect your tokens? For me such situations are unthinkable ...

i m sorry my dear please take heart, how could you just loose just 13btc with a tinkle of an eye that is the problem with one wallet that stores all token. please I urge you to use multiple wallet in terms of transaction or storing of tokens so that if any one of the wallet is being hacked or somethings wrongs you know that the next wallet is there for you. I was have once fall-in in such victim of loosing my token. lastly I was hack of my ethereum wallet address last 3 weeks and they made way all my token within a minutes.

There been a lot unfortunate stories like this so I hope that everyone (me included) have learned something about this. Trust is such a big word in this industry and its meaning has been overextended so many times. Whether it is just simple trust in investing or trusting in mining bitcoins, you should know best where you put that trust on.

Its unfortunate that we repeat the same mistakes over and over again which leads to loss making, we cant do much about your loss but if it was your fault then don't cry, the amount lost is way too high to be lost out of carelessness.

Don't expect that they will give you even a fracyion of it because humans are holistic in nature. Better to forget your problem and move on so that you can have more opportunities that will come on your way. Anyway, I am truly sorry for the loss but just think of it as a minor setback for a major comeback.

this is really sad i hope other people will learn from this because its not really good to keep large amount in one wallet. you must split it in diffirent wallet you can also keep small amount in different exchange. so if the wallet or exchange is gone that will only a small lose ..

Most users do not want to be concerned about security, we should never think that bitcoin is always safe, you do not own the case as it has happened a lot and the lesson of this is activating all the security features.

I think you were wrong in splitting your BTC. That action has led to the attention of hackers. Every transaction will bring attention to them and you need to be careful next time.

this will become a lesson for us, never exposed seed or key of your wallet. if you want to expose it, maybe you should move it to web wallet first.

Unfortunately, what has been done cannot be undone. All we can do is to try again and hope for the best. Tragic and harsh but that is the truth. You might not yet feel good right now but I hope you won't give up to investing here yet. There is still room for you in this industry. I also hope that everyone can learn from this loss. As an additional warning to those that are new to the space...

If the amount of value that you are holding in crypto is such that you would be devastated if you lost it all, then you are holding too much value in crypto.

These are experimental, volatile, and risky protocols. Do not risk your mental and emotional well-being.

Even though i am a strong advocate of holding your bitcoins, I think there are times that when you realize that you have made a lot of profit, you should just go ahead and sell and enjoy your profits you have accrued.
