I have already expressed my opinion on this post. But the ultimate lesson to be drawn is that you should never try to get any forked coin without having first moved your coins somewhere else. No matter what makes you think you are safe. Full stop.
I am really sorry to hear that. I cant imagine how much pain you are going through right now. But life is all about ups and down. Don't loose hope, maybe something bigger is waiting for you in the future. Still its 13 bitcoin !!! I dont know what will i do if i lost them all. Well after getting hacked i learn from it, i move to hardware wallets. Its like i am the own guard of my all bitcoins, i don't need any internet connection to access my coin just for hardware wallet. After that day i stopped using online wallets they can hacked easily better to move coins in Physical wallets.

hardware wallets are safer than an online wallet but there is still a risk that it can be damage or shocked when dropped or if you didnt use carefully and as a result its data can also be affected.
hardware wallets are not for everyone because hardware wallets are too costy , thats why i would still stick to the traditional online wallet .
Online wallets do still have a good security as long as you are careful enough to login or when inputting your private keys and passwords .

Two days ago, I attempted to split my BTC Diamond and BTC Private. I could not get it.
At some point, I exposed my Ledger Nano with my BTC on it, to each of their Electrum Wallets.
Last night, my wallet was emptied of ALL my BTC, 13+ coins.

It appears that I have now lost my entire life savings. I’m not begging for a handout but rather attempting to warn anyone new to the space. I’m sick to my stomach with the loss and my only hope is to gain the attention of the culprit.

I feel sorry for what have happened to you but I think you learned a lesson for this bad experience. At least you learn that you must not exposed you personal information online because things might happen. Also, I think you must not keep that big money to just 1 wallet. Sorry for your loss next time dont keep your bitcoins in one singular wallet and using forked coins.
Of course, it is very unpleasant to lose such a large amount of bitcoins. But I still think you're ignoring your safety. When it comes to your own money, you need to be more serious and a hundred times to recheck everything.

This is a very bad news, so sorry for that I really feel for you but, let me assure you that life goes on. Don't be discouraged let this challenges make you stronger instead of regreting and thinking all days take it as a lesson and work hard for the best is yet to come take heart and always be careful.
This is really sad, I feel for you. I had a similar experience in the last November, sent a big amount of lumen to my another wallet, it didn't come, i was really worried, contacted bittrex, they said I sent it to wrong address, however after 7 days i figured out i sent this to my friend's wallet, i called him and he said yes and sent me back. I was lucky it was my friend.
You've seen more people lose their hard-earned coins when just trying to get a forked coin. Someone has lost his Bitcoin when downloading a fake wallet instead of downloading the Electrum wallet from the official www.electrum website. Any precautions to claim free coins. Exposing your private keys to other wallets while using ledger nano s is a big risk, especially for those trash forks that really does not worth to do it. 13 btc is huge amount

I simply would never keep my whole capital in the bitcoin value only because this is way too risky. At this point all you can do after such loss is properly analyze what was wrong and which software actually let you down.
Without any single doubt, the hacked BTC is being monitored by its hacker. For the meantime he will not withdraw it. Then after a few years of holding He might sell it, or transfer it to another wallet.
Sorry for your lost. 13+btc is very big amount. I can build my own house or build up my own business in that amount. This another advice and a reminder to all always be careful on you wallets and accounts to prevent lost and scam. And also dont leave a very big amount of btc on your wallets, transfer it to your saving to be secure.
