hold and hold it's the safest way to avoid you lose a lot of money because nothing is impossible at the end of the year the coins you hold return to ATH . because the coin you hold is the top coin in CMC

Holding too long without checking any news or updates from coins you invested in is a bad idea also. Although the coin is on the top of CMC those coins could also crash and never recover. I've bought NXT and XRP back in early 2018 with a really high price those coins are in the top 10 of CMC back then. But until now the price is not recover yet even when BTC price was hit all time high.

After I read your topic, I think the fault lies with yourself.
Don't be too pushy if you don't want to keep on losing money. In the world of crypto even anywhere, a relaxed attitude with consideration is very important.
For this year, it looks like the market will recover, but I can't guarantee.

He seems to be buying those coins when the market is bullish and greedy as a result he got consumed by his greed as well. I have seen plenty of people losing because of fomo, and back then i was almost get fomod as well.
Its kind of hard to recover when the current price is half of the price he bought, the only pogical chance is waiting for another bullrun but i doubt anyone could hold for that long or maybe there gonna be another bullrun at the end of the year who knows. But if whether it is recoverable or not, it is but no one know when it could be recoverable.

Well this is how the market works and its also happening in market stock. Its good to invenst for long term and have an open mind. Emotions always in the way when we lose money that we consider a lot . I do suggest you to just hold your asset and do your own research on market cause there might be an opportunity that could help you recovery faster.

Those who don't have the patience to stay invested in cryptocurrency for more than a few months should rather make their exit. I am baffled at OP's reaction to price fluctuations in coins such as Ethereum. ETH is a well established cryptocurrency and it has a very good future potential. What is happening now, is a correction after the prices went up by 15x in the last 7-8 months. What do you expect after such a crazy bull run? Obviously there will be some profit booking and the prices will go down for a couple of months. Those who can't digest this fact should not invest in cryptocurrency.

Crypto trade is all about your patient and analyst, IMHO. And that two things always be my priority to do buy, sell and hold. And the most important from all of this, always use your cold money, dont use your saving instantly, do not and never sell your real assets and convert it to cryptos without very deep consideration.

With all due respect, but whining in trading markets won't get you anywhere. Calling it not fair because you weren't able to lock in gains that you made on paper is only your fault and not somebody else's. Everyone on this forum I am sure made a bad investment decision or divestment decision in his cryptocurrency trading career. Just draw the right conclusions and make sure you act accordingly next time when you got the chance to realize gains.

As long as you invest in a legitimate cryptocurrency, there is nothing like loss . Based on the list of the crypto assets you mentioned in the post , i believe you have not lost yet because to me they are reliable cryptocurrencies. The only time you lose is when you sell them . If you have not sold them, you have not lost, just hold them more and take your profits.

You won't lose money actually when you're investing in crypto and hold the coin. As long as you hold good fundamental coins just like mentioned by the author. I'm sure it's just a matter of time until all of those coins recover. As long as you don't sell it (cutloss) you don't even loss a single buck. So just be patient and wait market to recover or make a new high

what happened was because the OP, I believe, panicked when he saw the falling market suddenly reduce the value of his assets.

Then I think you understand the volatile nature of the market, losing or taking a profit is very common for anyone who has been in the market for a long time to understand that. I sold a coin at price x, and in just 10 days it was x3. A lot of regrets but that's what's special here. In your situation, I think trust, hold and wait for the recovery. Reinvestment is not wise
