If you end up disappointed with Cyberghost (like i was recently, mostly due to often disconnects and sudden server un-availability by designated country) i would
suggest checking out nVPN also (https://nvpn.net/order.php)

They have much more stabile servers imho, and they are known as a service that does not share or keep logs, which may be appreciated by you due to extra annonymity.
Of course, they accept BTC as a payment option.

even cheaper if you buy a key from one of the key sellers here on the forum, i managed to get a 3 month key for just a dollar. just take a browse through the digital goods section.

I use Psiphon only on my smartphone(which is Android) and it is fast enough at least for me.
It has many IPs from many countries and I think it fits your needs.
