i gamble everywhere and have been since 2014 and bv is only site i see having hard time to cash out

Says the guy who was a shill for Luckygames and Betking which were identified as scam sites in the past. Many gamblers would have complained about withdrawal issues related to Bitvest if this was a major issue, but that is clearly not the issue.

I withdrew once myself 2 months back and didn't face any issues. Honestly, I am pretty sure op's issue will get resolved quickly once @lightlord gets in touch with him.

I have no idea why @lightlord hasn't responded to this particular accusation yet. He is clearly inactive as some of the posters above mentioned, but his last activity was today which is weird in my opinion.

No one knows for sure who is in the right or wrong in this case so far which is why @lightlord needs to rectify this problem asap.

from what i observe he is not very active on the forum and probably must have seen the problem and should be investigating to solve it and then it will come up with a solution, i dont believe he will let this problem remain unsolved for a long time



OP, stay calm, not many days have passed without your problem has been solved so be patient, they will solve it.

I have tried everything I can even a mod were contacted me and she said that she cannot do anything about it? Do we have to mark this casino as scammed? I wonder why Bitcoinstalk accept promo or advertiment for a scammed casino like this? Literally they don't pay our winning and it is not a fair game to risk out money for a place like this. Right now I know that the owner hoping I will keep playing and lost it back, lol what a nice place or nice idea to just steal other people money

Gambling requires strong nerves. You have lost 1 BTC there, may be that's the reason why you are frustrated on them. As already mentioned on this thread, see there FAQs and see how much is there maximum withdrawal limit.
Accuse some one of scam only if you have solid proof of that. You need to wait and try all posible channels.  

No, he is not frustrated that he has lost 1 BTC. That was his fate and he did not complain about it. Later he won  more than a bitcoin and now he is unable to withdraw. At present, it seems that the OP is right but we never know until we hear the opinion of light lord on this case.
I am sure, he must have a reason for not processing the withdraw. Lets wait and see the conclusion.

1. Did you message them personally?
2. Were you able to take evidence, SC and put all of them in a folder and sharing it with them ?
3. You should probably move it to the scam accusations.
4. If they do reply- good, if they don't make sure to contact the site as well, their email or anything. Leave your message always.
5. Check if you were using things like VPN etc... Might have to help make your case stronger.

Wait for it, it's taking some time, probably Lightlord is just busy that he isn't able to respond, I feel like this is getting frequent than ever so I think that Lightlord should add some disclaimer that he won't be able to quickly respond to this kind of thing.

This case turned out to be a lot of complaints from gamblers, so some barriers to winning are increasing. I'm not sure that your problem will be solved in a short time. I hope this case is immediately addressed by all parties involved in the casino. Hopefully they don't disappoint you, because the amount you have is huge.

Yeah he should wait for Light lord to come and reply. As we all know that lightlord is not regular on the forum, so OP should wait until he is seen online. I am sure, once he sees he OP message he will respond to it and solve the case in OP favor provided there is no term & condition violation or any other thing which is not allowed.

I found this very helpful, I didn't get email or anything from them regarding the issue that why I open this threat. There are still people believing I am to greedy or impatient lol

It sucks but people have already told you: you just need to wait now. You will get your money, it may take a while, but you will get your money. If you keep bumping the thread you will only get more nervous and more desperate. As discussed, this is not the first time this has happened.

Everytime I made withdraw they always delayed it, I have been playing at their casino for 3 years long but they still treat me like crap

Lightlord was last active on 11 September, so 2 days before you created this thread. Let's assume that he is away on business/holiday/sick, he couldn't have seen your issue yet. I remember that there were delays with signature payments that lightlord paid out several times in the past. It's not the ideal situation, but wait it out and wait for his return. Complaining won't get him back earlier if he is not available for whatever reason.
