There were cases(not with the same casino) where the gambler have to wait longer. But yeah, it is frustrating especially if the casino has made no effort to contact the gambler regarding his issue. you can complain all you want but in the end all you can do is wait.

also, nobody forced you to play on their website.you took the risk yourself.

You just created this thread 12 hours ago and I'm sure that lightlord is already notified and will get back to you. The owner is a donator and a very trusted member here in forum. He runs both gambling site for many years without a major problem just wait since the personnel of Bitvest already notified about your case. Whining more will not gonna solve your case.

It sucks but people have already told you: you just need to wait now. You will get your money, it may take a while, but you will get your money. If you keep bumping the thread you will only get more nervous and more desperate. As discussed, this is not the first time this has happened.

On the other hand, if I were Lightlord I would think about what to do to avoid having people in the forum every now and then with this kind of complaints.

It's because the mod job is to just moderate the chatbox and they don't really have control over withdrawals. I honestly don't trust them to raise concerns at the right staff so it's better to have direct contact to support.

I hope after CryptopreneurBrainboss gives Lightlord a heads up, they will act quickly. Sometimes, they are aware of the problem but not quick enough to solve it maybe due to busy time plus the time they will spend on the investigation.

Good luck with your case and I believe Bitvest will be able to solve it.

Some people above just not focus on the main thing and getting confused about why I promoting for bitvest but I open this threat, well. First of all, I am not promoting for bitvest. That's because couple week ago while I started to learn about signature on my profile then I put them there just for fun. But if I really work for bitvest then why I cannot open this threat if the company or business having a problem and I was tried all my best to personal contact them but getting none answer. You have to wait OP, as @CryptopreneurBrainboss has said, the forum is the only way to contact @lightlord because he's a busy man, I can vouch for the delay, just wait it out and it's solved once it has come to their attention. Our pays get delayed too but we don't worry too much because when it arrives, the bonuses will always be present.

My solution:
1. If you have contacted @lightlord, just wait for the next response, I hope to respond to your thread as soon as possible.
2. The next step, try to ask for help to: @CryptopreneurBrainboss, As far as I know he is currently being trusted by the Bitvest team for their campaign, maybe by asking @CryptopreneurBrainboss for help, at least the Bitvest team will respond faster to your case.

i think the case is different from Him and the other user mate, because the last claims does not receive any response at all since he tried to reach the team and owner , though yeah his funds got back after weeks.
This one has answer and the response is negative about nothing they can do so Bitvest need to explain this issue directly here though i doubt that answers will come from their end here in forum because never that they answer any issue this past .

The site's reputation is at stake but not currently a scam. Maybe we can call it unprofessional. They are one of the longest-running casinos here that successfully built their reputation from scratch and efforts.

For now, be calm as you can. I understand the frustration. Try to send them a ticket. A moderator can't really do something about it but just to forward your concern at the top. Bump also their ANN thread.

I know that 1 Bitcoin is a big amount it's only 24 hours you should settle your issue on their support first or their announcement thread and do not create a dedicated thread for your issue, yours is not an isolated case, there was a case that takes a week to resolve, although this is not good, you should first take their side.
Bitvest is not a new gambling site, they are one of the oldest gambling sites here with the longest campaign, it's ok to worry but complain should be on the right venue.
