Well I hope they have not distribute the coins to the participants ,you should have had the stellar address before ,that's lack of doing your own research ,had the address and get in touch with the bounty manager on telegram
now we have to be smart in choosing a bounty campaign, because the sales in the bounty campaign are mostly scam, choose the bounty whose sales are successful and also the sales are marketable in the trading market

You can use stellarterm(https://stellarterm.com) to create stellar/lumen wallet, remember to keep private key secure and you need to add some lumens in your wallet to activate it.

I really need help, last year I found amazing bounty program (Pigzby or Wollo coin), I submited my work on beta.bounty0x.io and I earned more than 40k coins. My submisions was approved. Now I see the Wollo token is alive on exchange, but the problem is that is a Stellar based coin and I didn`t have added my Stellar adress on beta.bounty0x.io. Now I added addres and my questions is can I get coins now or that is finished story.
Also how will I send that coins on exchange. I know for ETH based tokens with metamask, but what is procedure with Stellar based tokens? I made wallet on Astral online wallet.

stellar Based token? Why you didn't choose the ERC based? or EOS? its quite much more experience to perform transaction like that on these platform. Well, I don't have enough information about it.

Sounds great. You are lucky enough. You can search it on youtube or google and you will get the easiest way to create a wallet for lumen. You also can visit the official website of steller and get an idea or contact with their representative in bitcointalk. 
Ask bounty0x help desk as they are very active and will reply you with in hours i hope they will find some solution but as per my assessment they always send instructions about the token distribution like KYC approval etc.

You should contact with bounty0x and tell them the details. I think it should be okay and you will get your token back. But one problem is those platform are not so responsive and most of the time they commit fraud. I do not know much about this site also.
What happened now to this op? were you able to claim your tokens and do you have an idea now what wallet to use? To those that keeps on suggesting that he should contact the team, he's aware of that.

Fighting against team with proofs can help in order to get what you deserve but this method always doesn't work. Depending on the situation i mainly blame bounty manager because of incomplete analysis before accepting offer by team.
write to the managers of the campaign bounty and maybe they will be able to help you in some ways but this is very unlikely

Well, have you contacted the team of the projects? Does it still relate tot he team, if there is, you can contact them and ask help to help you find our the solution. However, if it is still anyt chance, you can still get it because of you give the different wallet type, you will not be able to receive. However, it will depend on each bounty, Sometimes they will still give you chance to change the wallets.
I think it's better if you try to contact the developer or gift manager and question this because they are the people who determine whether you will get a coin or not, even though there is a possibility that you are very late but it is worth trying

You have to get in touch with the bounty0x support team first and see what they have to say concerning your getting the tokens. That's the most important before you talk of sending to exchange.
For every bounty you work on, ensure you follow instructions during the bounty and after the bounty completion to avoid lossing out, I recommend you PM the bounty manager explain your situation, If distribution is still on you will earn your token.
When you register, you immediately ask for a wallet number, how did the dude go? I think you should contact the bounty manager, but if you still don’t answer, then I’m afraid that your coins will not reach you. I would write in all chats.

You need to discuss this issue with the administration of the portal on which you participated in the bounty program. Chat with them.
