- You don't have to use crypto at all; You will need to adopt a gamification approach where at certain milestones you gain or you unlock more features on your blogging platform. This is good because you don't have to invest in running and ICO and get going with what you have.
- If you decided to incorporate a steemit like approach you will need to consider many aspect one of which is preserving the value of the token and the price hold. Basically the economics to it.
My point is you need to set a clear goal as to where you want to position your blogging platform. Clear goals will reveal the answer as to which to opt for.
Your goals should be obtained from the problem you are trying to solve. I mean there are many blogging platforms out there; why yours?
Thank you for your opinion, I really appreciated.
The reason why my user use my blogging platforms is that I give all blogger a fair chance to reach out to the audience no matter how many followers you have. Every blogger earns equally on my platform. I do also have a Upvote function so the only advantage of having big audience/followes is that you get many upvotes and every upvote gives you some tokens.
One of my goal in this project is that companies open their own vendors/webshop on my platform and sell products. The blogger can promote products and also buy those products whit the token they earn. All user whould be able to buy products with my tokens.
However exchange will be needed to convert your token into fiat money then your token will have real value, or another way is following steemit which directly give users by fiat. While your platform doing that, it is better to introduce crypto around your platform if now your community don't want it perhaps they don't know crypto as well. Introducing and teaching them is important, how is the speed it is depending on the situation. I think you know better your community situation of introducing speed and intensity.
