I think any type of altcoins will be more profitable and also stable when you put it as a long-term investment so you need to be more confident with this and the Assurance will always been there while you are putting a such a long period of time but I think in this case ethereum play on very good role to invest is such a long time.

Now it is difficult to find a good coin for long-term investment. It seems to me that the most suitable coin for such purposes is Bitcoin and ethereum.
I got burned on projects that seemed to me that are too great to be true (like PRL) but I still have hopes for some projects.
Look at SONM project - looks great to me, and if someone has any feedback on it I would be grateful if you would write it.

Some alternative coins are very dangerous to store for a long time. They are created for quick profit. We must understand this.

At the moment price is low (due to current market situation, all altcoins are in red), and the most important factor is that there was already existence of Bankera' product. So we know it's legit. ESH is a nice hidden gem, it has just been built and has great support. This will be the new etherdelta but bigger and better. Never heard of MNX so can't comment on that. I'd recommend LISK as a good long term hodl, as their SDK is coming soon for DAPPS development

- Why do you think that long-term investment is not risky, while in fact opposing what you say, even if you have chosen potential targets, more or less, the risk will still be beside your decision, typically eth or xrp, long-term holding in the past will give us a lot of profit but recently, holding only gives us a huge drop in the account. Long-term investment and holdings have a number of issues that are too big, so I think everyone should consider and have more strategies for investing, should not only use one strategy, it will not be effective or only a little effective when this market is constantly changing and developing

Agree, there are many other coins who has active developments but they cannot manage to reach their volumes in the market. Of course, the first 10 is always good but at the same time, we need to check other coins whose volumes are also very good in the market with active developments from their concerned teams.
I suggest you just hold coins from TOP 30 with big capitalization and product
for now I still believe and believe in ETH because in my opinion ETH is an altcoin that can still be expected to grow my long-term investment and ETH still has very good value from other altcoins

there are so many altcoins to hold for long term now, and to my opinion, altcoins will be great, Ripple is one of the most famous altcoins in the world of crypto and is being recommended to used by banks around the world, so maybe in the future it will become the most useful altcoin in the market.

Yes, you're right, because until so far they have been able to survive for quite a long time even though the price has deviated further and further, this means that their popularity has proven to be reliable and worthy of being our investment asset. However, I am personally more interested in the abilities of Ethereum, EOS, Litecoin, Monero and XRP, because the people behind them have high credibility and a good reputation, so their popularity's undoubted.
