That is easy if you will be lucky in trading cryptos, making a short term trade in a altcoin like ethereum or litecoin or any top altcoin in the market, since recently there are many huge ups and down in their value. Anyway why are you rushing? 2 weeks is kinda risky if you will force to make it in only 2 weeks
It is possible only in the Bittrex exchange. Just trade in this exchange but the most important part is carefully select the coin to trade. Watch out the chart of every coin and select which is in the increasing order and put all the money in one asset and take 25% of profit and exit.
I think you should invest in BTC with huge amount of capital. Although BTC is currently rising slightly, it is likely to continue to decline, if you risk, take risks can buy and hold BTC for 2 weeks. Risk is high for you.

Wow, this is quite a huge ambitious, for you to double 4000 in just 2 week, but that is not impossible as long as you are a good trader and have enough experiences in order to trade everyday and accepting the high risks that you will loose all of money if you want to have double in short time, trading can be the only way for you to earn that much in short time, it is very hard to be done but not impossible. If you have to ask here what to buy , just go to the casino. Everybody will just shill their shitcoin to you , at least in the casino it is 50/50 (almost).
Chances to double this amount for two weeks, is really small, especially in such a market situation as now, when everything falls in price every day.
I doubt that it is possible in such a short time because even if you invest in a lucky ICO - there'll be an amount of time to be listed etc.... the only way I see is to buy some altcoin and pray that it will grow
