You cant flip token now because the market is not in a good situation. Good day has gone when wr can flip token with 10x or even 30x. People tired of scam ico like tezos and other. The only way to double it is bet but i am not suggesting it because the risk bigger then ico. If you have more time you can try to put on auctus or essentia or coinseed.

Go to a casino and play a game there. You can also try to bet on sports game. There's a 50% chance to win if its a sports bet. $4000 is a huge money, the only way you can earn that is by gambling. Try your luck and hope that its your day. Go all in whenever you feel it. Trust in you gut feeling.
You are talking about an impossible things and like rude. This is a matter of luck. But can be possible if you trade in Bittrex. So, Go for trading and choose a right coin which have the potential and follow the increasing chat then put all money. But, am sure if you not get double but get more than 50%.
Why two weeks? If it is to chase a loss or something like that then maybe avoid putting money in coins for a while! Otherwise may as well gamble on roulette at something with 50ish/50 odds.

While this is very feasible, the chances of losing it all is still very real. You need to first craw then walk, learn the ropes, study the market..
Bet on sports games with high odds, for instance Manchester United is clearly going to win tonight against Sevilla in the ECL. Or you could invest in a crypto coin if you're feeling lucky and feeling the coin. 
Without special knowledge and experience, doubling such amounts in just 2 weeks will be very difficult. Throw this venture, the risks are too great.
