well, first of all i want to say congrats for OP, you up ahead 7 btc from your total initial balance. i think you should hold your btc for now because btc price still rising until now  (but dunno if OP already sold all his btc). if you ask me how to do with your money now, im just can give you suggest ,"do whatever you want, because its your money" Grin

I think you have read it wrong after all this time he is down 7 btc but he says it's okay cause he would pay that price anyday for the experience he gained.
I wouldn't quit trading though cause that makes that experience a little less useful just keep practicing with tiny amounts!

You shouldn't quit right now after trading for so long it means you've been doing something very wrong if you made that big of a loss.
Try to find a more experienced tutor instead and then trade with small amounts trying to practice and get better.

I like trading and has been like an addiction to trading, every day I will always monitor the market and will start my trading, I don't do trading with great value like the OP, but I always feel happiness when it can get profit and always learn when the result is a loss, but not infrequently also I was bored while waiting for a market that is currently monitoring goes too slow and not as I expected , I understand why the OP chooses to quit trading, is not easy to stay or quit trading

You just think you quit trading. No one gets off the horse!
Eventually you'll come back and just trade with higher leverage. Someone's gotta feed the beast.
Actually i think same, trading is like addiction if you have tasted few of the big profits out of it or have heard someone earning good amount with trading. And i think better way to start trading is playing with small amounts which you can afford to loss and when you atleast start to make decent constant profit out of your bankroll increase your bankroll and follow the strategies you have learned.

I can understand if some one want quite from trading, because trading is unpredictable job, it is high risk too and need a lot of time for learning about strategy, management money and need practice too.
it is a reasonable action. because in our trading requires precision in determining any action in selling and buying bitcoin.
the right time is the determinant we benefit or not.

But after quitting it then what next? There is not much to do with bitcoin so what else is there to be done. Will he just be sitting there waiting for the bitcoin price to rise or he will do something to widen the profit after incomes from trade.

Setting up auto buy and sell is good its because you can actually do buy/sell without monitoring but their are bad instance that will happen since you dont really do some monitoring on the coin you wish to trade like missing the higher pumps and you buyed at deeply dump so thats why its better really to monitor since you are risking your money their if you still continue to do that practices, and if you dont have time to monitor well dont do tradings or else you will be sorry for your money out there if the coin you buy are scam.

Auto sell and auto buys would  somehow give us convenience especially when we do trading  since we cant  keep monitoring on our trades anytime and every minute but   the disadvantages is that you would  really miss some times that the price would  be very  low or   would be  to its peak.

I can understand if some one want quite from trading, because trading is unpredictable job, it is high risk too and need a lot of time for learning about strategy, management money and need practice too.
At least you tried to trade once in your life and its good you realize early that trading is not your thing, we should not force ourselves to trading just because others have been successful in doing it, we have our own capability so we should capitalize that instead of trading.
But in nearly days itself no one could understand the flexibility and adaptability of trading. For this reason, experts always suggest to go for mock trading in the beginning days. With mock trading you will never risk your real money, but you will get chances to evaluate your trading skills.

If you get good results with your mock trading, you may decide not to quit it in the beginning days itself. But I do see many people are learning strategies for their trading and over the time they are becoming smart traders.

Yes, trading is certainly not easy.
It just takes years before you are an experienced trader.
With a good training and experience strategy, you have the chance to do it right.
It takes a lot of time and energy.
It is not for everyone!
  It's a serious job!
For me it's my day job.
I do not have time to do another job.

There's  two types of trading  which is on altcoin or on currencies, i could somehow agree that trading is  a very hard thing  to do and you would definitely good strategies and analytic skills for you to be able  to be profitable  in trading. As  op said hes been  on trading  for 2 years  but he  only get negative profit of  -7 btc that why he decided to quit.

Well of course that it is unpredictable, but it is not reason to quit as it is very easy to earn profit from it, this guy that wants to leave trading does a huge mistake

So guys, after 2 years of trading i am going to stop. (unless i have full time to trade, which i currently don't)

I have calculated all my trades on the various platforms i have used in the last couple years.

Deposited: 47BTC (roughly)

Withdrew: 40BTC (roughly)

Overall i am happy with the results, i would pay 7 BTC anyday for what i have learned so far.

Now the question is: what the fuck do i do now with my money.

Which all sites you used to trade on and the reason for the 7 btc loss. What do you take away where you should have being more cautioned?

Op didnt mention anything  about on the  trading sites which he engage but  one things for sure  he may trade  in some differents of trading sites  because  if you intend to put  it on a single site the risk  of lossing it would  be high  and  thats the thing on what on OP's mind.  No matter how  he trade the results are still negative thats why  he decided  to quit since 2 years trading  is long  enough.

Why stopping in trading? Trading is the best
way to earn, to grow your btc. Trading is best
than gambling. Anyways, all are risky when
you use bitcoin.

Why would some one quit with the trading i dont know why peopel hate tradings because you will make the most money with the tradings if you are doing it the right way off course but it is not easy.
The OP gave trading a fair shot by trying to make money out of it for 2 years and it did not work for him in fact he lost bitcoin so I think the OP took a sensible choice and now is moving on to other things.
The two year period is already a very long time to decide, even in 6 months time if I see that I am not making any progress in trading, I would completely quit and focus on other things where I can get more chance to make money, I don't want to waste my time and money by continuing to do things that I am not good.
You are correct we must concentrate in whatever we are best, if trading is not for you then you should look for something else that brings you more profit.

People would  look for something new if  they already knew that thing would never work for him or  hes not good at it.  OP do trade for 2 years and  the  results were bad thats why  he decide to switch to other thing which is  a wise decision since there are lots of  investments out there does not involved on trading.

Thats why im trying to say which  people would  usually  for new  source of income if they saw that  their past transactions or investments  didnt work because  its normal  for us  human  to find something new. Quiting on a certain thing doesnt always  a mistake but also a good  decision it really depend on a  particular situation.
