Judging by how prices have risen today, it can be assumed that the bull market has already arrived. Bitcoin trading volumes have doubled compared to trading volumes that were two weeks ago, which is a good sign. I think the demand for Bitcoin and altcoins provoked the IEO trend among investors.
We still need to wait, bitcoin price grow a little this days, but who know will not go again back low and maybe is not yet a sign that will grow enough, over 9000$ maybe to have a good price for all.
to reach $ 9k is still too far I guess. now the most important thing is market growth, in fact the market moves slowly, but it will get a good response to trade and investment. we all wait for this. if investment and trade continue to increase, growth will continue.

It is already bullish. But I can see with my technical analysis that it will not continue to pump high. Hence, it will go dump dor a few days again. It is not totally the typical "bullish" trens but at least the correction was already been made at $4100. The next correction will be $4300. If it will break the resistance.
For now, it is not totally bullish but semi bullish and I expect it to remain semi bullish for now till it fully develop to Bullish market, the price action we have seen recently on bitcoin that pushed it to semi bullish is not as a result of any pump that is not natural.This pump is simply a product of the many good projects that are coming up and good news that we see about bitcoin today making people put in their money out of FOMO and I don’t think there will be any dump by these investors anytime soon, so this semi bullish trend might remain same for a while till we have more actions that will speedily push the price of bitcoin to what we can conclude bullish.

Yeah I also think the same thing, the market looks bullish but it seems the whales are still manipulating the market because bitcoin now looks like a pump and dump coin and bitcoin stability controls the market, bitcoin needs to be more stable or have a massive pump up and not dump back immediately for the market to fully recover

In as much as I tried not to agree with you, but the market is proving to look as such. I think it's because of recent news about adoption by many platforms now. But nevertheless, carefulness is required now as not to be trapped.
If the BTC can raise its price and maintain its stability for a long time, then many other coins will surely increase. I think this is a very important time for this market because in March things have become better and people are finding joy in this market. It may be difficult to predict what will happen next, but I hope Bitcoin can reach $ 10,000 this year and end this bear market.
I am also optimistic about that because BTC has really been performing well by breaking all the necessary barriers that tried seeing it test $3000, for the past few days, and I think that the bull has been prepped for the run, we just need some good institution to come in and kick start it which like you said, this march has really held lots of good projects and other months will see to it that these projects manifest fully to have positive effect on the market value.I see bitcoin entering $5000 before July and from there keeps its upward momentum till it reaches the speculated $10,000 on or before the end of this year.
I also believe that is the case. There is good investment going in almost in all altcoins and that makes me believe that the whales are buying alts and preparing for a bull run.
