I know for sure the price maybe struggling now, but once the actual halving is done hence less block reward.

It will def hold for sure minimum of $400.

Or either the reactions of others trying not to sell as well.

Currently it looks like the price is having a very hard time to hold its position above $400 and that's why we are bouncing up and down around that price level. I just hope that people won't get bored and start dumping the price down again. If it falls back to $370-$380 then it might take us another few weeks to get the price at $400 again.

There is no surety it will rise, further more the only way it will rise if there is more buyers than sellers so it has everything to do with them and not much to do with the halving.
It might double in value but that is doubtful.
I'm sure we will rise a bit above $400 more than likely closer to $500-$600 before the halving and then a nice drop when it arrives back to the recent lows we have $370's.

The price broke the $400 barrier again and it is in $419 in the Chinese exchanges, hope it will stay or increase more and more

I would like to see more then 400 $ at the end of the month cause I need to cash out some coins for sure. But after a week of this steady price I think its hard, and I agree its will be difficult to see some big increase before halving. I count we will see some surprise soon, maybe steam will accept btc as payment method, if other follow that will be a hit for sure!

bitcoin price is surely working its way up to higher than $400 but it is getting there like a snail.

the speculation part is to predict the time it is going to get there in order to load up before the rise.

Yeah, everyone else has the same feeling, I too is expecting something to happen, as bitcoins keep on surprising us this past days, It feels like anytime it will jump up.. but its just an speculation..

I also believe it will rise soon but perhaps not before another month at least since it's already at it's base value were it have settled for some times. IF anyone reviews the chart, they could see a similar scenario back in Sep/Oct 2015 wherein it settle in the ranges of average $250 for some times before it started to move up and I think same will happen here (after a month it will rise).

The price of bitcoin will rise again as i think but not now and maybe in few weeks the price will rise above 400. i hope it will happen again.
If not maybe this coming march the price will rise or jump and gradually decreasing after that.
