"to be or not to be, that is the bitcoin"
I would give him 1 more week, then go to the police.

me too

Ok, so our dead line is 1 week for all funds not blocked withdrawn??

We would need to contact a lawyer who is able to get our money for a cut.

did you read the thread yet??

german police + IT -> our bitcoins in some police-basement FOREVER

i've got A LOT locked in there. i wouldn't sue. not thought a second about that.
if there is a good date to wait for its (minimum) the one mentioned in the polish document (July 8th). if i am not mistaken, the polish bank can't freeze the account for a longer time.

I started this friendly thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/initiative-to-help-simon-hausdorf-to-clear-things-bitcoin-24-simon-read-it-175123 but it seems i was wrong.. it seems nothing is going to happen except "i'm trying hard guys!!"....

Well... release everything except what is blocked!!

I am starting to think that the only way to get our money is to sue this guy. I think that he needs some real pressure on his shoulders in order to persuade him to give us as much as he can of OUR funds.

I think giving the 5% to a lawyer would oil the wheels.
