I agree that he/she must check the site background first if its safe, secure and trusted then go. Location is a main factor on how you can buy bitcoins using credit card. Like here in our country we have our local site where we can buy and sell our bitcoins, they have also a mobile app so it is convenient. It really depends on what country you are from as all countries will have different laws that govern buying bitcoins with credit cards.
Some will let you do it no problems where as others won't even let you buy bitcoin no matter what the payment method is.

don't just use links that people give you. after reading the replies use google to find some feedback about those services and try to find out how long have then been active.

I would open an account with coinable. This is where I have been for over 2 years now and I can buy with my credit card all the time now. You have to verify your account and such, but it is worth it, because if you use one of those transfer services, you will pay out the ass.
Coinable? I have never heard this site before, could you please share the direct link? As I search on google, coinable is not a bitcoin related site.
