i will ONLY accept secure form of payments (hoping some guys here can suggest what is considered 'secure').
will pay whatever a BTC is worth at the time.
would "prefer" australian sellers but thats not a 'need'.

Start an accusation thread, post all information, name the scammer and post all transaction proof. Don't forget to leave the scammer negative Trust.

right now any transactions going through paypal for BTC is an open call to be scammed. People don't learn and won't.

Will probably never find out, especially when both abandon those accounts and just move onto the next.
i'll be staying here a long time, hopefully eventually building a good reputation and learning as much as possible along the way.
but i wish an admin can check my messages and show that penner DID send me a message and speak to me on skype.
because this is KEY - he said that he DID NOT contact me. and claimed that i photoshopped the message.

My first attempted trade via this forum was with a scammer but since then I have bought with paypal from ExpressCoin ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/expresscoin-224499 ) and eXch.cc ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8750677 ).
