GOOD NEWS
I CALLED PAYPAL AND THEY MANAGED TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY
I WILL NEVER BE USING PAYPAL TO PAY FOR BITCOINS AGAIN.
I URGE YOU ALL TO BE CAREFUL.
PENNER IS A CONFIRMED SCAMMER.
I HAVE A LIST OF PAYPAL EMAILS AND FULL SKYPE CONVERSATION AS PROOF.
HE WENT AS FAR AS SENDING ME A PICTURE OF HIM AND HIS ID WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY FAKE.
WELL DONE PENNER, NICE TRY. IF I EVER SEE YOU IN PERSON TAKE A DEEP BREATH, BECAUSE IT WILL BE THE LAST ONE YOU TAKE

somebody just needs to start neg bombing these paypal buyers on sight. Regardless of whether you are a scammer or not the payment cant always be reversed with paypal. You can also reverse it via your credit card if it comes from one.

paypal no longer calls it "gift"
its called "family or friends" now..
its the exact same thing

Yes and it gives ZERO protection against reversed charges.

any body in **SYDNEY**
i'm willing to travel to you or meet you somewhere
(before 6pm during the week, or anytime on the weekend)
and do the hand over in person.
paypal payment will be sent as 'family or friends'
there is no way i can make a paypal claim with this method

and it saves the buyer the 4% fee.

How wrong you are. Don't people read anymore?  Roll Eyes

As far as I can see, the bitcoin seller is the one taking all the risk - not you. Paypal is reversible, Bitcoin is not. Localbitcoins have removed Paypal as a source (or labelled it high risk) exactly because of this.

Not come cry here when you got scamed

not here to scam people.
truth be told, i was running an ebay store, i have a fair bit of money sitting in my paypal account
i dont want to send it back to my bank account because i havent paid tax in 2 years and if i send it there
im pretty sure the bank will contact the ATO.
will post a screen shot of $ in paypal account if you want to see it.

hey guys i want to buy approximately 24 BTC using paypal.
i will ONLY accept secure form of payments (hoping some guys here can suggest what is considered 'secure').

will pay whatever a BTC is worth at the time.
would "prefer" australian sellers but thats not a 'need'.
(im saying this because i think theres less fees with paypal australia to paypal australia? i might be wrong).

scammers can eat my poop.

at the moment i only use localbitcoins to buy. so this is new and risky territory for me.
if you scam me, i will find you, and i will kill you.

thanks!!
