Both are allowed in this forum. But it is highly dependent on your available time for managing the signature campaign effectively. Other than signature campaign you can have avatar campaign also separately with new set of members. But usually both signature and avatar campaigns are participated by same members.

I think you have not the needed experience and you should definitely ask a manager to look after your signature campaign if you are going for a one. First you need some funds, other casinos some of them have had really good results (the one who are run longer than 1 month or 2) and some of them not the desired result (casinos who quit early from their signature campaign).

You have a good point that if someone want good results from his signature campaign then he have to start the campaign for a longer period because in the first few weeks the campaign will just create the name in the community after that people will only visit the site and will be oriented to the site bit if in that time the campaign is ended then it will be out of sight of people and you know out of sight mean out of mind. You don't have any experience on running some sig campaigns here and it will be turn shaddy if you handle it without using some managers since it may have possibilities that you will not pay your participants, and much better to hire yahoo if you want really to run some since he can help you calculate the budget and help you update the sig in behalf of yours, and also lutpin is reputable manager that can help you sort out things to made your wants into reality.

To promote a gambling site, you are correct to say it's in Gambling, although I think OP is looking for the link above if he wants to run the campaign himself.
Well, it's not hard to learn.
It's very simple, just need to create a thread in services section with all rates, ranks accepted, payment day and all other informations about the campaign and create another thread in Gambling section with the casino's informations to gamblers.
I think the only hard part (or boring) is to watch the campaign's members conduct, must always look if they are making acceptable posts. I think that is one the main reasons people hire managers to take care the campaigns.
