To promote a gambling site, you are correct to say it's in Gambling, although I think OP is looking for the link above if he wants to run the campaign himself.

You can see he is totally new to this forum so he do not need to start a campaign himself he will not be able to manage the members and he even do not know about the boards of this forum and do not know that which is a suitable section for which topic so he need to hire someone for running his signature campaign.

For the announcement you need to go to gambling section and have to learn from other announcements and have to announce there or you have to hire a person and tell him all the details about your casino he will prepare the announcement for you then you will post it.

While for the signature campaign hire a signature campaign manager I will prefer Lutpin, Yahoo or 0day for that work. They will do all the work for you and will give you the required information about starting the signature campaign.

It is your right to decide how much you want to pay, you can see the overview of all signature campaign here : Overview Signature Campaign You may see the rate of other campaign and you can decide the rate of yours based on the average rate. Make your rate equal to other casino's campaign would be good.

You can make a deal with managers by asking them how much their rate for their job.

Yes you can manage your own campaign without hiring campaign managers, be sure that you use an escrow to hold the funds for the campaign. But I would suggest you to hire one of available campaign managers on this forum for better campaign.

After reading your post I do not think that you have much experience on this forum so you do not need to start the signature campaign yourself you have to ask a signature campaign manager to guide you in that matter.
