I’m feeling like most altcoins have bottomed out for the most part. If things ever turn around, I think a lot of these projects will skyrocket.

I currently have 79% of my holdings in BTC. 8% Eth, 7% LTC, 3% BNB, and the rest in various shitcoins.

Let’s say I wanted to put 5% of my bitcoin into 3 projects...what would you recommend?

Thanks. (Please not shitcoin shills. Real projects. Real longevity.)

you can look into CHT coin that is the only coin that I can suggest to you, it is already proven that coin has  a good purpose that is why the value has become the trend for the last few months.

I've been speaking about it since last week. The guys who messaged me and got in at $0.04 have already gained 150% ROI. It's currently trading between $0.10-$0.12. In my opinion, it's a steal. This project can easily hit $2-$5 this year. Join the discord, take a look at their website and make your own assessment.

I think let the 79% of your holdings in bitcoin, its a good choice already.

If you want to have additional altcoins in your crypto-portfolio its better to get another capital and diversify it in your chosen coins.

There are many altcoins that has potential, choose the popular and well-established coins like the top 10 in cmc. I would also like to recommend IOST, try to search about it and dont just rely with our suggestions here.
Good advise, there's no need to change the original set up yet adding extra spare funds is much better, cryptocurrency still on it's bearish trend
though some sparks are showing but not enough for the bull to sustain it's momentum, for most traders bitcoin still the reliable investment inside
this market.

While allocating spare money for new coins to invest, take your time reviewing those project which is included from top 20 around CMC.

It is definitely a good idea, as the price of most altcoins are quite low, so when the market goes in bull trend again there is possibility that some of these altcoins would pump hard. I would recommend Cardano, Ravencoin and Neo.

Despite some users claimed Binance forcing a KYC verification, I'd believe BNB has a large room to scale, Binance decentralized exchange are being developed even the testnet already live, I believe it could boost the BNB ecosystem. In another hand, Binance coin model system is unique.

BNB is a good choice but for me only for a short term as it is being pumped and dumped every now and then because of ICO launchpad.

Of course most of us will shill coins that we have on mind but eith these alts that I would recommend surely they have REAL projects better look out for these three this year, XBX INS and FET

You have a good list of coins, and I think you can buy more amounts and wait until the price is up. It is hard to choose the real project because so far, many projects was a scam and I don't think that you will a good project with easy. It is better to choose the existing coins for investment because they already have a good history in the past and still running until now and make an update too.

ETH, LTC, BNB will be a good choice for you because I think those three coins will give you profit in the long-term so you should buy more for those coins. Maybe you can tell us how much money you want to invest so we can calculate how much percentage you can buy for each coin.

I also researched some coins that were voiced here and chose a few options for investment. This thread was useful for me too. But always try to conduct your own research and do not trust everyone.

Real project for now really hard to decide. Because what actually happen to a project will can see when they listed on market. I think put 5% of money in a project that you don't know maybe if you afford to lose or you ready if loss your investment, you can pick project that still hype.

If you want longevity I'd go with Monero. IMO it's by far the most undervalued coin in the market, it offers some of the best privacy features in the market, and when privacy and anonymity actually become features that the general public will look into once cryptos reach mainstream status, there's no doubt that Monero will be the number 1 option.

Since you're pretty much holding some of the best alts in the market, I would try to get rid of the shitcoins and simply increase your stash in ETH and LTC, you can't go wrong with either if you're looking for solid coins with longevity.

Monday Hit Me Every week
take one of the top cryptocurrency that has strong technical development not because its value has increased due to shillings. Cardano is one of my favorite coins for long-term investment, I see there is great potential behind their technology in the future.

If I were you I would just let my bitcoin stay's as bitcoin we are in a bear movement and I think you would gain more if you would let it stay safe in the bitcoin room and let Altcoin perish in the dark, Because we don't afford for bitcoin to go down anymore and you will be one of the people that sold their bitcoin to make it go down any further, Well that is just my suggestion and if you truly want to invest in some projects because this is your money then use fiat money in buying Altcoins and for me the Altcoin that I think that will last and make it big in the next bull run will be,
1 Ethereum
2 Presearch
3 Binance
4 XRP
5 Monero

Just a limited that I can think of but I didn't put the rest of my portfolio I just choose of the top 5 that I think, And even though I share this to you I still consider your decision and I am not a financial advisor and this is just speculation or a suggestion.

If you want to make a profit in the short term, I think you should invest that 5% in BNB. BNB is currently great and in February it has increased its value by 100%. In March I believe BNB will reach $ 15 if it continues to launch an ICO
Thats true, you should invest in BNB. BNB have a great improve in february and their have the best exchange paltform. This will make high-value BNB coins.

I won't advise any project to you but would probably say that put it to an established coin that you already have. I'll put more portion to Ethereum, coming from you that it's likely they will skyrocket soon. Eth from $138 can potentially go back to $500 and go up to $1k in no time. Be careful of being attached to projects but I also think that they will boom again if the market ever goes on high again. I'm telling this base on my opinion but having the highest portion with bitcoin on your portfolio, I'd praise you for doing that.

Personally I don't recommend invest on altcoin because the risk are greater than bitcoin.
But if you still insist to invest on them, I just recommend for who are in top 5 , MA 100 always greater than MA 200 , On Uptrending status and other screening that you need to add depend on your objection !

you want coin suggestions aka shilling shitcoins but i will give you a better suggestion. you should stop being lazy and wanting to rely on luck and others and instead start learning how the altcoin market works. you are wrong about altcoins bottoming out. the altcoin market is a sea of shitcoins that get pumped and dumped and at all times there are some that have bottomed out and some others that are still dumping and some others that are getting pumped. the number of them in the last group is always smaller.
for example in the past couple of days ENJIN was one of the shitcoins that got pumped (mostly because of some arbitrary news). BNB was another that was being pumped because of Binance DEX crap.
there are lots of others that are getting pumped like this. you have to find out which one is good at that time and jump on board (both of these that i mentioned are already too late to buy)

All due respect my friend, if you check my history I’ve been on this forum since 2014. So...I think I know a thing or two. Asking for suggestions from others does not usurp my own research or judgement. It’s a supplement. Thanks for your input.

in my experience people online don't tend to give any good advice when you ask them "what coin should i buy" type of questions.
well i didn't know your experience but as long as you stick to your own analysis and experience you will be fine.
