It seems the prediction was wrong, maybe bitcoin will reach that price but we have trouble breaking the maximum historic for bitcoin and until we do there is a psychological barrier that we have not overcome.
Bitcoin extremely unpredictable. But even my wildest predictions can not talk about that Bitcoin is so expensive in the next 20-40 years. But I could be wrong
It is hard to predict bitcoin price because it is very volatile. Anything could be happen. If so many countries accept bitcoin in the next 20-40 years the demand will rise up very high, so price of bitcoin can reach 50k and even more. I think anything is possible for bitcoin. 
I do not have so many expectations about the potential of bitcoin in the long run, but if in Holland the tulips were worth their weight in gold, I see no impediment for a strong speculative wave to take the price of bitcoin to $50,000, but to see a satoshi worth $100 seems frankly ridiculous to me.

I am sure they can never be $50k per 1 bitcoin. It is unbelievable.
Maybe it is possible to reach bitcoin in $50K, though he needs to exercise and eat healthy foods for him to witness the bitcoin reach $50K LOL. On the other side, bitcoin would be really impossible to reach that amount of price per bitcoin, $50K is really unreachable. I think the chance of bitcoin on going that high is 0.000001 percent. I'm not being pessimistic about this, but it is really hard to happen.
With prediction the price will not move to 50k, if it reaches to 50k definitely government will start making legal action to ban the bitcoin. Bitcoin should be in between 2000$ only so that many people will start using it, when they starting using there will be good demand for bitcoin, better don't create any hype for bitcoin. It will move according to market demand and supply.
it's a very high price dude. I believe in the potential of bitcoin, but, I think bitcoin will not arrive at that price. I think, the highest price bitcoin, is $ 10k. but, if you have a strong conviction about it, I still support you. bitcoin always delivers the news that we did not think. we need to do now just to prepare bitcoin, until that time comes.

Bitcoin might reach very high prices but 50K buddy you must be dreaming , we have seen bitcoin rising to the price of 800$ in 6 years and with it being harder to mine and being used by more and more people around the world makes it go up in price more and more until eventually no machine can be used to mine bitcoin and then it will very rare for someone to have it and its price will go up even more.

Yes i think bitcoin price will not increase that much. $50k is a huge money and it's very impossible maybe 10 decades from now it will become $50k. 
As long as you are enjoying what you have today,then don't talk about dying.There's a lot of chances that it will take that high,hopefully.So just hold your breath then,it will become 50k for how many years from now,will make it to make what expecting to happen.Maybe then in a blink of an eye bitcoin will reach that much,then it will be luckier for us.

Maybe the price peak is $5,000 after it goes down and abandoned because there was already a replacement by another coin.It's a strange logic, mildly speaking
So you think when Bitcoin reaches $5,000 it will get replaced by another coin? What makes you think so? So far with Bitcoin price rising, the prices of other cryptocoins either remained the same in fiat terms or went right down. If previous history should be of any reference to us, we would rather expect the same tendency to continue in the future as well. Namely, people abandoning other cryptocoins and pouring their money into Bitcoin so as not to be late to the party and manage to jump on the Bitcoin bandwagon in the pursuit of quick profits
Well to hope for bitcoin to reach 50k would be pushing it too far realistically even in the next few decades. Though saying that it will be replaced when it reaches 5k is also losing faith and I think, as long as people are still using bitcoin, it can even go beyond 5k in the next few years. The recent rise ignited interest in bitcoin and a lot more people are already using it so for me, even though it's likely that a drop will happen, there's nowhere else to go but up for btc.

Well, the price has been bigger than the current and no one can give absolute guarantees that the price won't crash back in the beginning of next year and then rise to the current values and at the end of the year all the analysts will be happy to talk about the rise.It is possible that it will rise 50% a year for the next 20 to 50 years.

Who would say bitcoin would be worthing 700 dollars nowadays? The pizza guy wouldnt spend soo many coins if he knew bitcoin would achieve such big value. The only thing assured is that bitcoin is changing the financial system step by step, low fees, safety transactions, and high security level, and the best thing decentralized currencie, even with some whales, they arent able to control bitcoin.
that is the problem with bitcoin users these days. they are only thinking about making more "money" and that is actually preventing bitcoin from going to the moon which is what they all hope for.
people should start treating bitcoin more like that pizza story and start using it as currency and also try to do things like what that guy did back then. and when we start doing that (spending our bitcoin) that is the only time we can see mass adoption, otherwise no merchant and by extension no more people will ever use bitcoin.
