I know what you feel. Don't blame yourself as nobody can predict the market precisely even the expert one. I also missed the chance to sell all of my btc at peak price, only sold a few of mine. The biggest lesson i got is don't be so greedy.

Everyone would wish the same thing but the fact still remains that yesterday is gone and today is here, so we will make do with what we have today, though we are in a very bad market condition, I still believe that the market will still increase in the coming years, maybe if you had sold off in DEC, you might still invested it back immediately when the market was going down thinking it's the bottom. Why you want to dump bitcoin. They have advatange and disadvantages of that. Because if you sell your bitcoin in the month of december 2017 you earn money but if you still hold you lose some of your profit.

I had same regret with you . Inside my two portfolios I had $13000 as at January 10th 2018 and I was hoping that we are about to see the the beginning of the rally. Boom that is the next move the price tumbled and my portfolio value crashed to less than 40% before the end of January 2018. As we speak now the the portfolios value is less than 5% and I have learned from that sad experience because all my fund was gotten through bounty. I have now decided to sell my bounty reward once I have receive it

That is the problem there, no one knows what will happen in the future. If someone knows about it, let's just look at it as a cheat code.
