What you have said does not make any sense to me. Afghanistan defeated Netherlands and Netherlands beat South Africa does not really mean Afghanistan will beat South Africa easily. I don't know why you are quite confident regarding this victory. You said South Africa did not show better performance than Afghanistan, are you sure about that? Did you see South Africa's score in this World Cup? They are in great form and all their performers giving their best which made them one of the semi-finalists. Here the New Zealand fans can say that Pakistan has an unfair advantage if the rain does not stop or if many overs are lost. But this is how the DLS system works. Since Pakistan has lost only one wicket, this would mean that they will get a more easier target if the overs are lost.
If no overs are lost and the match starts before 5:40 Local (as that is the cut-off time before we will start to lose overs), then New Zealand might be a lucky team as how often we have seen teams losing wickets and set players have to start all over again.

Afridi was very expensive today, he looks out of touch after his injury. Both Babar Azam and Fakar Zaman are batting well for now. A good partnership from both could ease the run chase for Pakistan. After these two Pakistan still has Rizwan, hopefully he plays in the same manner like he did against Srilanka.
After this World Cup, I think Pakistan should force their bowlers to play at the domestic level and bowl those longer spells. This is the only way they can compete in the ODI. Currently, Pakistan bowlers are bowling more of a T20 spell. They are not going for wickets, they are just trying to finish their overs. They also have to work on their line and length. I think Naseem was Pakistan's only bowler who could bowl anywhere in an ODI match. Pakistan should look for specialist spinners and groom Abrar because these spin-bowling all-rounders are not a good option in the ODI.
