We do not intend to change everything, only what we think is bad for our project and our investors. You can't imagine how many fake accounts or with 5 and 10 followers have followed us.This is not fair for the real deCLOUDs supporters. About minimum deposit we do not think it will affect anyone because 0.01 btc it's a very small amount (5.78$) and no real investor will not be discouraged by this.

How do you plan to deal with fake emails account in the Newsletter bounty? And also facebook page lLikers with no activiy other than like your page?

For twitter, why not just add a requirement that twitter follower (re)tweet about deClouds x times a week, instead of not rewarding those with less than 200 twitter followers? This way you'll know your follower is active, not fake, and legit since it is (re)tweeting and spreading word about deClouds.

Bounties terms are not set in stone. Dev's can change them if they feel people are trying to cheat the system. ICO terms are another story, those should always remain the same since it involves investors.

You should be looking at the https://www.twitteraudit.com/ to see if your followers have fake followers. If you see a follower with less than 90% audit score - then those should not get the bounty.
Someone with 100 followers that have been following & (re)tweeting about deClouds will not get what they deserve.
Now those with less than 200 followers do not get bounty. This was never in the original terms. Not good!
