What is the average ico Maturity date?

Let's say i invest in ico Today...
How long I should wait to get decent profit?

Usually?  1 year?

It's totally random.
Some ico can be done an instant profits for their investors, but some also will never make profits from the investors.
It depends on how good the ICO and the demand of the coins itself, and from my analysis the harder the coins to get, the more valuable the coins will be
Developers influenced the success of the project, if the team knows how to market everything they will be able to get things in the right place.

There's no certain period for any project to grow or succeed, it's depend from how the project developers  build strong foundation and engage
more with people to support their projects.

when you are participating in ICO, you should be able to take advantage when you enter the place of exchange, whereas if the process of registering to a place of exchange is very long, then surely you will only get a loss because it will make investors disappointed and many will sell at low prices.
I stopped joining ico and chose another model for several reasons like you mentioned, the raw reason from the developer is that market conditions are still downtrend.

When ico goes on they should also have matured with an exchange of no more than 2 months, in fact not.
Investors like me can be patient for so long, but others don't care and they end up selling on the black market. Dev was supposed to strengthen their project, but instead panicked to sell and the project was bleak instantly. Ico dev must also think about this continuity.

If me, when i get profit i will sell my coins immediately. Hold ICO tokens for long time is bad idea. Sometime, a lot of them really die in market and usually have no price anymore. That is why a lot of investors lose, they expect really high with their investment.
ICO is in the category of short-term investment because we do not want to get a loss due to the investment, so some people when listing will sell at any price. almost the same as IEO but ICO has long been left by those who invest in it.bonuses although it gives interest, but prices in the market will fall

Not necessary that the price will drop as soon as ico gets listed. How to make a successful bounty campaign in which participants will believe is one of the hardest things to do as an ico.
The thing that needs to be dealt with first is what made it very difficult now, because ICO was never difficult some years back, in fact, any develop does not really stress that much to actually get a project money from already awaiting investors or the so called participant, but most of the participants are now very scared of these projects as they no longer produce a quality project any more, and some of them are even scam projects.

Having participants to believe in ICO now is very difficult, the only way to go about it now is just for them to start thinking of how they can be shifting their project to IEO because that is the only place that investors still believes in right now. For IEO, everyone knows that the moment the IEO is concluded is exactly the maturity date.

To make things clear to you the ICO market is must worst than the penny stock scam we had a long back and that too in a regulated market, just imagine how worst the ICO market will be, there is no gurantee that you will be getting back what you invested in the first place let alone waiting for the maturity date  Tongue Cheesy.

Usually?  1 year?
When the ICO market started it was a lottery because once the coin is listed in the market the price usually goes higher and you can make a profit easily and then the shit storm started and now a days all the ICO that started are at a loss and majority of the projects died,so consider the risk before investing in those shitty projects.

Crypto market is very volatile and it move beyond the expectations. One cannot predict how much time a project token will take to appreciate investor's money. Take example of Bicoin, its trading in a range for past many months but when it started rising in late 2017 its value appreciated from $1K to $19K in 2-3 months only. I have seen such growth in Pundix as well. Currently most of the coins are stagnant and not moving much. I believe investor should give plenty of time like 2-3 years and sometime even more to any good project to look for good return.

There is no exact date, depend on the ICO which invested

to be honest, i really dont recommend to invest in ICO, many scam ICOs from 2018-now, you may just get lose your money in ICOs
if you wanna invest in new coins, i prefer to invest in binance IEO, it has more opportunity to get profit
or the last option, you choose the coin already in the market, pick top ten coinmarketcap

I say to invest in ICO right now is not good, how long do you have to wait for profits I think it's hard to guess because many ICOs currently fail because investors don't trust anymore, I suggest you don't invest in ICO because it's so bad, it's better invest certainly is like BTC and ETH.
Better and its more worthy to buy BTC and other top alts rather than considering on investing into ICO's and also there an option or the new way of investing in terms of project funding like ieo.Dont know where they do get that maturity date thing since it isnt possible for investors to know on when would the project would increase its price.
It will always vary with communities support and demand towards the project. If not present then expect for total failure.

You can't predict when it will happen. Ussually you will get decent profit as soon as the token got listed on popular exchange sites. After that, it will get dumped by investors or bounty hunter and the price will dropped so much.

How big exactly decent profit you mean? 5x from your invesment?

Not necessary that the price will drop as soon as ico gets listed. How to make a successful bounty campaign in which participants will believe is one of the hardest things to do as an ico.

I don't think that there's enough data for this yet, i would believe the returns are in sync of the bear and bull markets but we have to wait for next to see if my theory holds any ground. Also investing in ICOs is like betting on a horse. Not every bet wins, you have to study the probabilities and go with those.

Really depends on the project and it's really hard to pinpoint exact date. Check road map of every project  and then decide. Smartest way is to search for prefunded (non-ICO) project. Speaking of them, does anybody know any cool new non-ICO project?

If you asked this question in 2017, I could help you by telling a 5x-10x profit you will get. At this moment, I would suggest you research the ICO market. How many ICO got success, how many ICO projects gave the investment back to its investors, sorry, I am ignoring profit. After all the research, I hope you will have enough ideas to decide yourself! Because I can't ensure you about ICO investing.

There's no specific time as usually the price will rise if the market gets better.
Let's say you invested in ICO now, and in the next month the bull run started, then you can expect that the price will rise in my folds like what happen during the last bull run, and the best thing to do is to sell according to your target and don't be greedy as could hurt your future.

Those people who invested in 2018 have waited over a year already and the market still failed to recover fully, so its really hard to measure through a specific time, timing is the most important.

I am not sure about ico, it is very difficult to benefit from ico. even some ico were successful and reached hardcap but their tokens fell on the market and prices were out of control.

Normally it takes months because companies are having a harder time processing their application for listing in different companies, that is why it takes months, however there is a new way of conducting it knowing as IEO , in IEO there is an assurance that right after the sales the token will be listed.

It all depends on the exchange they register with and how people are able to accept the project, if they have very real use case and they have standard team, there is chances that their project will boom when they enter the exchange and I think that is the maturity time, the time they enter an exchange and you are bale to witness some pump is the time that you should quickly withdraw your money from there.

Most projects now, whether they have real use case or not, the moment that they enter an exchange is when investors Starts dumping them heavily because they no longer believe in any of those coins for long term investment purpose again, but whatever they can get from the project in a short time, and I think that is the best way to treat a new project.

There is no exact date as ICO will end as soon as they are satisfied with their sales like hitting the soft cap or they are aiming for the hard cap in which some time the lowest duration is just a month for the bullish and the longest will reach a year or sometime more than 2 years like the Remecoin project due to bearish market.
