in the current market situation there are many projects delaying or stopping the sale of tokens, even worse it has returned investors funds (when the value has decreased). so what about you, if the minimum target is not reached?

Maybe I asked this before. Like I said in another thread I feel like suffering from amnesia and could really be helped by an AI that talks in an obnoxious British accent.

My question is: is a regulated exchange allowed to trade unregulated assets? Are there even regulated crypto assets?

The quick answer to your question is yes.
The longer answer is yes there are a handful of exchanges that report to their regulatory body. Some crypto assets can be registered and regulated. Others, like Bitcoin, can not be regulated. Not here in the US anyways.

That might be the golden middle ground. Trading unregulated assets on a regulated exchange, not some shady backyard exchange so to speak.

For starter Jarvis shares revenue to its token holders and an AI to manage assets but the most important aspect about exchange is security, if they can manage to secure that there exchange can`t be breach that would be a good strategy at first.

That's the priority of every exchange/ trading platforms, with loss of money people are just going to stay away from it no matter how fast, user friendly and full of cool features is

Yeah its the worst thing that can happen to an exchange and will lead to its downfall. I guess no one will trust and use an exchange which have a reputation for poor security.

I am not that familiar with the technology behind an exchange, but imo it must be possible to build a system with smart use of cold wallets,
where in the case of a hack, the hackers only can reach the BTC which are currently in the trades.

You can take a look at tokenization or coloured coin (Lykke). This is the smartest way. Basically you do a mirror image of the assets held in a cold storage, like any CFD or derivatives product actually Smiley

Then if the cold storage has enough protection, it is pretty safe!

Gamification is good to initially gather a community but eventually you supposely want millions users in your platform and gamification isn't enough of course

No it is true. To get millions of users you need to deliver a honest, seamless, and accessible product, being accessible, very transaprent, and with a charismatic team.
to have millions of users, first of all it serves an aggressive and targeted advertising campaign that reaches many people interested in the service, and offers unique features that any users can not find from other similar services...

keeping users indeed takes constant improvement and maintaining of your product. Attracting the users you can manage through hype and marketing.

Very true! We use to say: attracting user is easy, you just need a good story telling, a nice product. Keeping them is harder, to keep them you need them to be loyal and to adhere to your vision, ideas and UX, and to constantly suprise them!

Attract by how you look like, keep them by your features Smiley

Attracting user is very easy but at the same time, you need to have enough material to show all the essential things you have in order to prove yourselves as confident. I do agree community will show interest but at the same time, you need to prove your credibility.

For sure! Security, scalability, low fess, customer support etc. these are the norms, and Jarvis will follow them.

This is why Jarvis is different. Most exchanges only focuson these aspects as value proposition.

so, what your strategy to keep your user stay at jarvis exchange?

Keep adding features, keep improving the experience, and more important, develop the right tools for developers and for communities. Developpers will build add-on, algorithms, tools, indicators, dapp, to enrich the ecosystem and will help it to grow; communities will drive a lot of users if they have the right tools to share.

Plus, developping the branding. You do need to create a culture people adhere to.

I guess binance took the right approach with their rewards and events but to be honest, you have to be already rich to be able to afford such a huge volume and be one of the top traders in the end. I would like to see some other types of events where everyone can have a fair chance.

No, I dont find. there are just information where company registered (on Cayman Islands). But they are live in Bulgaria and no info where is their office.

So you looked wrong or you don't know where to look. (At the very bottom of the site in general we put the contacts)

Yes, I looked at the end of the site, and found this:

Quote
Earth Close, Cayman Islands, KY1-1206
[email protected]

This is where exchange registered oficially, but I asked where is team office located? In which country?

I found in politics and confidentiality :
Jarvis OOD
204388424
32 BLD Vitosha
1303 Sofia

Thank you. Are there any other exchanges already (in this country I mean, in Bulgaria)? As I know most of European exchanges in Great Britain...

Well it can work this way, but honestly it is costing a lot of money. Let me ask you a question : how did you hear about Uber the first time ?

Just the word Binance or their logo is too often mentioned everywhere on the Internet. Here, various advertising of the other ICOs talking about Binance. Newspapers, the local (French-speaking) newspaper and many more...
We advertise for free.

I prefer to give space and opportunity to negotiate on those who arrive with a different methodology, more aggressive approach, and mainly keep the competition, as an environment with greater competition demands higher quality of service providers, unfortunately many prefer to defer the renowned increasing their popularization
