It's good to hear that. Even though I managed to buy some tokens Im not gonna sell them for ICO price, IMO the project is worth much more

After participation in the ICO, there is the Waves DEX value, so it is not so typical "spend". We are working to get merchants as soon as possible to make campaigns, our CMO is working on it. As you can see in our roadmap: https://tokenloyalty.io/#roadmap the timeline planned is June 2018 - December 2018 - first we have to finish the platform, make integrations and then make initial campaigns. Then the platform is released and people can participate in campaigns. But we are working to get Merchants ASAP to make the campaigns faster (in the MVP phase).
So answering, how you can earn? By participation in campaigns that will be in the final product. You can see the case studies in the whitepaper in the documents section: https://tokenloyalty.io/#documents

It's also great that we will be trade tokens during ICO, it's always a great idea to have a buyback option

Each campaign may be either made on existing group of people that are registered in the LYT your life platform (the future product of tokenloyalty) or requires generation of ‘room’ for new ones. This is made through creation of accounts in the system, while each account may have a wallet for the tokens. To fill the wallets with ‘nominal value’ of tokens, within the budget of the campaign, merchnt has to purchase tokens from the second market. This creates the demand increasing value, increasing potential customers with no harm to initial investors. Because we, as a team, hold some volume of the tokens, we also earn when the project is developed and advancing (when the value of tokens increases). This is a strong correlation of our motivation together with the increase of value of the tokens.

In our ICO very important is feedback from the community (for example that is why we are re-building the bounties program to make a premiere in 1-2 days). This is what we like in this community, you can talk with people, this is live integration! And that is why we are making first pre-ANN not ICO at a moment.
