Loyalty is always a matter of building a long-term customer. Loyalty means that:
- even if there is competition on the market, at the end you choose the brand that you are loyal to (like iPhone users)
- you support the brand
- you are willing to fight in the name of the brand (like users of colgate vs. aqua fresh)
etc..

But also loyalty means engagement - for example, you promote the brand to your friends.

Sure loyalty programs are used to long term customers and that's one of best marketing strategy, but the main problem that happen in reality is loyalty program is based on Centralization.
i am surethatyouever get loyalty program from a company when you bought a product. but the loyalty program that was offered by company has expired date. for example you buy an ice cream and found a code that you get 1 more stick, but unfortunately it has an expired date. if you don't use the code your "loyalty point" will be useless.

TokenLoyalty has solution related to this case that collected loyalty points will never expired and your loyalty point will be in form of tokens. your token is always valid and you can free to cash out it in exchanges or hold it to get ADDED VALUE by join campaigns.

This way customer feels granted for the efforts of socialization, while company gets feedback from the marketing campaign.

We are discussing one entity from the music industry and one from the FMCG. We are encouraging them to enter the post-ICO phase when we will be building the product basing on our pre-Alpha. Yet we cannot announce it yet, we have NDAs. We will try announce at least one before the ICO - they are looking what the progress of the pre-ANN and how people like the idea (they like the idea but want to see it on this side of the mirror).
