I was trying to find out why promotion of ICO in Japan is so Successful?
And got this answer: People are exchanging their Bitcoin to other Cryptocurrencies.

In a recent survey in Japan, it was reported that 2.7% of the population (3.4 Million) had purchased Bitcoin in the past and 2% are still holding it.

Please let me know what do you think?

Do you expect Japan's ICO?
(For example ALIS or comsa)
Do you participate? Huh
In the bitcoin field Everything is possible .
As bitcoin is officially legal to use in the Japan , so we can expect everything there .
Since bitcoin is legal but still we should participate or not will depend upon our condition
of mind that what we are thinking and seeing in the ICOs , whether is better or not .
Because ICOs availability Should be anywhere , doesn't matter .
And matters the thing is what is concept of the coin's ICO , whether is looking legit or not .
Or they are only making marketing only .
Here i myself never participate in any type of the ICOs until make myself sure that project us better to invest .

Yes I will participate positively. There's nothing wrong about the idea. Japan also has a background in cryptocurrency. And if Japan replace China, that would be a big opportunity for everyone.

I really enjoy to see Japan's interest over cryptocurrencies. I think there will be lot more successful icos and even new exchanges are going to be created in Japan. Japanese people have high reputation about their business.

Cosmos is actually a nice project backed by a great team. I know people who know the team and they are only but praises for them. I will personally be investing into this. Cosmos has the potential to become huge in Japan and can further support new projects over its framwork. Bullish on this one for sure!
With support from the Japanese community, Cosma is sure to be a good project this year. I think if we invest long term in this project then surely we will get a lot more profit.

I expect ALIS.
Since COMSA is unknown number of issued tokens, I think that value is hard to rise. Undecided

You are right, Bitcoin in japan has been recognized and legalized. I think it's great to have ICO there. I am equal to you to appreciate and enthusiastic if the Project is held.

Also Japan might never ban ICOs just like how Chinese have banned it overnight. Don't have any deep knowledge on political situation in Japan but I believe they love innovation and technology rather than financial gain.

Japan is one of the most regulated countries on earth:

Good luck with escaping the regulation of securities:

www.fsa.go.jp/common/law/fie01.pdf#page=5
www.jsri.or.jp/publish/english/pdf/english_07.pdf#page=25

japan are gonna have to do something regulation wise about icos. they've permitted regular cryptos but this is a whole different ball game.

it would be stupid of them to regulate bitcoin and permit icos to run riot.

All the G20 nations (even India!) already have securities regulation laws and it’s just a matter of when they decide to start enforcing them on ICOs and putting people in jail. It’s coming…

All those participating in ICOs and trading in ICO issued tokens are potentially culpable, not just the issuers.

Comsa, it sounds interesting, ICO solutions for a centralized business to adopt blockchain technology. but I think there are many projects with this concept, but dont doubt the ability of Japanese people to do something, just look at the western people adopting many business strategies from japan.

Considering that Japan is paving the way with real life application for BTC I can see the industry going in a positive way. But yeah hopefully they sensibly regulate their ICO market i.e. making sure that there is a minimum standard for these companies

Are you saying if Japan will run an ICO I will participate? Yes definitely I'm going to participate that ICO. We know Japan is one of the best supporter of crypto currency and bitcoin. After the news about their adoption the price went up rapidly so if they will ever run and host an ICO for sure many investors are going to participate as Japan is one of the most known and great countries in the crypto world.
If you want to invest into ICO projects from Japan, I know COMSA is one of best project from this country. But it does not use Ethereum platform, it uses NEM platform to develop. Cool

I think COMSA will be a huge ICO and in a long term is a great investment.

Sure. BTW I like their token buy back burning strategy. It's clearly mentioned at whitepaper. This is very smart decision for the token price. I think nobody will hesitate that comsa is a legit non-scam ico.

The ICOs in Japan, ALIS for social-media , COMSA a platform for business solution. For me, i would like to particpate in COMSA because it has a good business intention like bridging the gap of the enterprise platform of this well known blockchain the BITCOIN, ETHEREUM and NEM thru their mejin integration solution. COMSA has a lot of potential compared to ALIS where social-media platform was a commonplace for ICO.
