Some ICOs had infamously allowed only first N numbers to get through. The process was wild after whitelist opening and the rush mostly made the website extremely slow and unusable. Lately, ICOs are shying away from this process as it is giving them a lot of negative press and also some high net worth investors are moving away and those getting whitelisted are not investing enough to close the crowdsale. There are no guarantees, so the earlier you whitelist the better.i think not a time invest the ico

Investing in ico is a wise choice for us and is especially wise if we choose to invest in potential development projects as well as invest in new investments. ico helps us to have great things
I do not agree with you . ICO investment is only suitable for the uptrend period as this is the time when most active investors and large funds can make the project better. Personally I would not invest in ICO projects during the downtrend period as this could be a trap and people just lose money and can not make a good profit in the current situation.

In theory, yes but most of the ICO even don't need that money even if they are not scammers.

Serious ICOs with meaningful projects behind provide the opportunity to take part in those projects with quite little money and without middlemen like financial institutes, which which in large parts determine what happens to our money. ICOs let us be active investors at interesting startups. But to find those meaningful projects makes deep research neccessary (f.e. studying white paper, visiting Ann and webpage, studying the online and offline market for longterm profits.

You can`t explain investing in icos in couple lines, it`s a long story. If I need to take something out of my mind in few sentences I would say that all comes down on what you wish, start from how much money you have, how fast you wish to make profit, and most of all how high is your goal. ICOs can make you money, you need to know in which one you plan to invest, you need to get into presale and you need to sell at the moment it hits exchange if you wish fast profit, if you are long term holder be ready for rough ride, prices drop a lot when token get to first exchange, only later it will start to rise and that can make you nervous. Always remember to not invest in fishy icos, do a good research and think about for how long you can hold, or do you wish fast profit, than be active, follow annoucements and when token gets out sell and you will have some profit if you chose good.

People invest in ico to give a charity because those tokens worth $0 in fact but we buy them to sell higher price, after some time they almost go to zero.

Investing in ICOs gives you the chance of extremely high gains.  However with ICOs, the risk of losing your money is immense.  For every spectacular project there are 90 others that will fail miserably or end up  being total scams.  I would only use a very small portion of my funds to invest in these type of high risk investments which are essentially gambling.

As an investor, investing on ICO projects is a good option to be done with. Tokens on ICOs are much cheaper than it is listed on crypto exchange/s and most of the time, the ICO tokens are discounted that's why crypto users are choosing ICO than listed tokens to invest their money with. But before investing, better make sure that the ICO you are going to invest is legit and have the potential to be successful in the future.

Nowadays ! ICO investments are very risky. Most of them are most promising at first but lately it will turn ed out to be a scammed ICO. So, before investing in ICO projects, it is better to check first it's background and have an updates in their telegram channels. In order for you, not to lose your funds if you invested.

Well, at first people contributed to ICOs because the profit returns of the coins when trading starts was very high, but now due to the current situation of market, interest of people in ICOs have greatly reduced. This will in a way make people who are really interested in the project join and not just for an overnight gains.

currently investing in ICO has a very big risk and almost the same as gambling we can lose all our investment without us playing. therefore I prefer gambling in comparison with investing in ICO

Personally, I have participated in ICOs because of the uniqueness of a project as well as the low marketcap and price that's usually being offered during an ICO.

The most important thing to do is to do your own research, additionally to watching available researches of projects you are looking into! Check for information regarding the company, team (experience), community, developers, and if the team attends events to spread their word and performs good marketing efforts.

Personally, I enjoy watching Scrembo Paul, you can find one of his ICO reviews here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCVBYBssLS8

A Crypto investor takes a look at a project, sees it potential and value preposition and then goes ahead to invest his money with the soul aim of making profit as he can speculate the project to make profit. In the ICO - Initial Coin Offering stage, investors gets the opportunity to buy cheaper than projected with the hope that they can recover their investment and make more profit. It is believed that the earlier you join a project, the better.

This however is a risk as the case may be with any other kind of investment.
