I think it is because we misunderstand the cryptosystem. Frankly, the most valuable and easy money we can spend anywhere is paper money so, what we all look at is where this paper money is the more. And the volatile price of crypto is perfectly suitable for this. For the majority, including us, the product or something is nothing, wherever there is profit, we are there.

They are because they have been treated in ways not encouraging. Most projects till date have not delivered 1% of what they promised with many not working according to road map. Those who claims to be working on the product have nothing to show for as proof so why won't the invest give up, why won't they desire listing above every other things. I just see it as, they are reacting according to the hand they are being dealth with.

! because many investors really don't cares about product or development but just price and this is the main issue crypto space is having, people lay so much emphasis on the price rather than what the project can offer, how useful it will be to people, even some project owners are aware of this so they take advantage of it and not bother to be serious about development or project utility.
people will invest in a project today and expect to be a millionaire tomorrow, how is that possible, especially when the project has nothing but worthless coins to offer Roll Eyes

In my opinion, actually not only ICO investors but most investors are more concerned with market performance than products. Most investors prefer short-term investments, therefore many investors prefer to care about price movements. Investors sometimes do not want to wait too long for the investment to be profitable because it takes a long time for a project to produce a product

Well I agree with you to an extent, the truth is many invested have faced unfriendly behaviours from some of these projects thus caring nothing more than listing on exchanges. Also, most of these projects have used the line " we are working on our products" to deceive their investors, in such groups there is no platform updates, no sign of any admin, Instead the group has turned to a spam group, news group and all manner of nonsense. So with this, can you actually blame any investor for clamouring for listing??
In the same way, there are projects which truly know what they want and are working head-on to achieve it.

Agree and believe that we have a different start up picture. Developers should do their best to bring money back to their investors, but here everything works in another way. Investors are begging devs to list on a good exchange. It does not work like that.

Most people do aim to invest in the ICO just to take advantage regardless of the market conditions in advance they assume under any circumstances will make a profit, in fact this is what makes them lose, and forget about the risk Invest in Crypto.

so you need analyze first with carefully, if there no ico that mean develovment for blockchain already is complete and there will be no further development.

Without complete product development, there is no point listing on exchanges as will only create dump.

I agree with this idea. ICO investors are getting excited when a cryptocurrency startup says so. The investors will be more excited and exchanged and the product more.

Its really not easy to hold new coins for a long time without listing on exchanges so if the news do come people will be excited about it for sure, to me many new projects are red flag, why have roadmap on their projects then if new developers are too worried about market condition?

That's the saddest thing we know in all projects that existed. they want users in crypto only to gain and for their self. 80% of crypto projects are failed or run as scam. only 2 to 5 project that survive in 2018 and some of them is more on reasons. well we can expect this to happen because we know that they want money and don't want changes. let's hope for a good one in upcoming 2020 or there is still a lot of reasonable project.

Why should any ICO not list if they have raised good funds? The major reason investors buy ICO is the hope of making a profit when it's listed in an exchange. However, it's very important to state on the road map if they won't be listing on exchanges on time so as to avoid unnecessary asking of questions about the listing. Even projects that refuse to list can be suspected like Flashmoni keeps coming up with several excuses that are unreasonable, denying investors of privileges.

How many times do we see such complains regarding to those developers who are not real, they are just so-called teams to attract investors and afterwards runaway with the funds. Most of the time risk investors are just waiting for the chance to see the project being listed to take the advantage
to sell quickly not knowing that the scam developers have their own motives dumping the tokens that they have before investors will.

Only few investors are interested in the product that a project is developing and this is the reason why they careless about it. What investor want mainly is a liquidity channel which they can use to liquidate their token and move on to the next project and it's only exchange that can provide such and that's the why many investors are more excited over exchange listing than product development.
