STO is an interesting model I think. And tokenisation also of course. I wonder how this trends will affect the financial system in a couple of years. Possible applications are very promising.
Presently sto and ICO are nowhere to be placed, initial exchange offering is the only one making waves yet most that listed on some exchanges without volume just died naturally, for you to invest, check what the project aims to solve and also check the exchange where the sales would be carried out.
Right, but even IEO was being targeted by this scammers. I think both ICO, STO and IEO are to be stopped and need other means of funding projects. Investors nowadays are aware of this schemes and are cautious about this money.
I strongly believe IEO will take over from ICO because investors believe IEO provides more secure environment for investors to put in their money and expect some great returns.
From our current situation we have, it does actually take over ICO. It becomes effective and they were able to gather expecte investors, but it seems that it is only effective during the earlier runs. Right now, IEO's is becoming more like ICO. Many people sees that IEO will have the same fate as ICO's. Hopefully that it will not.

In the last 2 years ICO has gone upto peak level with many projects.
Now ICO market is completely gone because of 90% projects fallen into scam category.
Many startups made huge money and in return they pay nothing.

It was always like this. more than 90% of the projects were considered scams. And the community is also guilty about it. Even during the bullish run in 2017, people were investing in the projects that were scam for sure. But they were supporting them to make some profit.
They have to have a product ready before asking for funds for further developments.

it can be interpreted that at this time investors almost gave up hearing "ICO". because in my opinion, the roar of ICO in 2017 is used a lot by those who only intend to cheat and take advantage. if there is something better than ICO like IEO, why not. this is for the sake of a better cryptocurrency future and restore investor confidence.
You are misunderstanding the problem that we are facing, as long as the people behind all those projects are still the same then it doesn't matter what kind of method they use to try to gather money they are going to become scammers and will steal all the money of the people that put their trust in them, we have come to the point in which scammers are the majority of the people behind new projects and the only way to protect yourself completely from them is to not invest in any new project.The new one will definitely continue to emerge with the extinction of the old system such as ICO slowly the system will soon be left in place of the IEO so that in this case also applies to IEO if the system does not function properly it will be replaced with the latest system in the future so we as one investors in Crypto are certainly required to keep abreast of developments that occur in Crypto.
IEO is still working very well, so we still don't need new forms of sales. The IEO will work well if the bull market starts and many investors are interested in newer projects. It all depends on the situation of the market. If the market is still as bad as it is now, I believe that even if there is any new form it will be useless.

I suggest to forget IEO in such an exchange. there are many good quality exchanges that you can follow developments from that exchange. there have been many fraudulent projects and I do not recommend to follow the exchange.

As ICO has dimmed, IEO appears to be an alternative for investors but gradually, many IEOs have problems or prices have fallen after the initial listing. STO in my opinion there has not been an encouraging development of investors and I think the best alternative right now is to invest in coins that are already established in the market

Almost all current ICO projects are garbage and if you choose to invest, the risk will be much higher because people are currently only interested in new IEO projects. You have the right to choose, but I recommend that you only join IEO at the big exchanges because this is where you can make huge profits if you are lucky. Of course, I have participated in more than 10 different IEO projects but only 6 projects have helped me to be profitable.Before investing, you need to consider carefully because IEO is still a form of risky investment and you must take all responsibility for your assets.

It's not always work as so many shillers will be driving us to their projects. This has already happened so many times. We must be careful with those shillers because they can take the benefit by fooled us. Just try to active watch the icodrop TG group and it's more than enough to see a bunch of people will be talking about so many possibilities about the future trend of crypto. The fact that to discover the new trend is difficult task if there is no the main indicator just like bunch of people are hyping it.
