Recently, many investors do not invest during ICO. They are waiting for the end of the promotional campaigns and for the entry of the token on the exchange. Then many bounty hunters sell tokens they earn at a lower price than in ICO. Not always is like that, so it is sometimes better to shop during the pre-sale with a bonus, but if someone is late, in the first days on the exchange often are sales off again.
I think its depends on the coin,, if we found a good project its make really high profit when they drop into the market and the first dump happens. But some coins are definitely a hit and need to be bought during ico.

Some ICOs can 5x or 10x your money in short time. Example: On November, 2017 i bought GVT when it was public sell at $1.2 and then i sold GVT at $7.4 at 27 November. I earned more 600% profit in 2 weeks. Some my friends even earned more than. Hopeful, ICOs are still a good investing channel in year 2018.

Definitely Yes! Ico is the best eay to invest. There are may ICOs currently whic are successful. You just needed to be smart and onservant before doing investment. I have heard that there are more or less 10 ICOs introduced daily, with this, we have to decern which of these are promising or not.
