I have question people send thier kyc for ico which are passport and other documents but should  we submit real document or fake???
It is advisable to submit the original documents to the team. Submitting of fake documents can create legal issues.

I dont understand all the fuss about kyc, if the project is legit why not to send your iD or passport, they just need it to verify your identity thats it.
Less scammers will get paid this way.

Do you really send your documents to someone? You are crazy. From where do you know in whose hands they can get it and for what purposes will they be used?

Everyone chooses to do it himself KYC or not. Remember that KYC is forced to do the same for investors, and not just bounty hunters. Personally, I do not pass KYC. I'm not ready to send someone my documents

I send the original and try to do everything honestly. Just lately there's been too much scams in the ICO. Let's be honest.

it depends on you, which do you prefer. maybe you don't want they know who you are so you decide to send a fake document to hide your real identity. and I think this is good for you especially if you want to stay in the dark. but if you are serious with the business, then I guess you can send your real document so they can know that you are a real person. it's back to you again and what you want to do later when the project needs their participant to send their document.

Of course you can always send a fake. But I think this is a bad idea and if you are asked to send a confirmation You will simply lose your tokens. I don't like KYC, I believe that it should not exist.  I think that many people think the same. After all, we love cryptocurrency for anonymity.

Of course the legit one, we spent a lot of time debating the pros and cons of KYC. If we want to interact with other partners in the industry, however, we really have no choice. That's it. We have no choice, we have no assurance how secure is the security of  our documents is, we don't even know that they already sell our info in a call center or advertising company but like what I said we have no choice if we join them.

I would recommend people to stay away from ICO with KYC and AML. There is no ICO worth the risk your identification being stolen or misused. Better off buy the coin or token when they hit the exchanges.

I'm scared to send documents because I do not trust. Is it true that in the future will all Ico be with the KYC procedure?

Weird question. Naturally ask to send a real document.  Another thing, the network is full of offers for selling fake documents. It's up to you to decide what to do. I can say that some ICO collects them for incomprehensible purposes. You can be careful here.

It should be real genuine documents, this is what I do. But I'm also afraid that they might sell our informations or they might get hacked (happened before). I don't know what happens if our identities are used for some illegal activity etc.

When the ICO asks KYC you should thoroughly research the campaign before signing up for KYC, usually good campaigns will force KYC to verify their identity when they receive money, which will be high campaigns and the ability to pay money is there.

yes you are right now for a lot of ico that requires investors to do kyc and in my opinion this kyc can be terrible because you give your identity to the founder of ico.

This is a very unpleasant situation when personal data can be used for inappropriate purposes. By sending data, we risk serious consequences if the ICO turns out to be unfair.

I suggest you to stay away from all ICO who wants to do KYC
KYC should only be done on exchanges that offers FIAT trade and FIAT withdraw. No where else should you give away any KYC.
Don't let some random ICO people get access to your personal information’s, you never know to what they will use you info.

I suggest you to do KYC with your ID card or driving licence. Passaport is an international document and should be kept more confidential for security purposes.

Send your real document is the best option to pass KYC from any ICO project Smiley. How you can pass KYC of any ICO project with fake document if ICO project requires a picture that you have to hold your document (passport or ID) with a piece of paper include date and time. LOL. Don't try to cheat.

In my opinion, IO in Kyc is not very important, there are some ico founders who do not require participants to do KYC but there are also founders who have to apply KYC to the founders of ICO on several platforms such as ICOBench and ICO participants or investors in ICO.
