Thats really good news. South Korea big member in crypto area. I'm sure that this will improve the market and BTC and altcoins will go up. We need it now.
Who cares anyway ? They can as well just stay out completely and it is not like it has any effect in the crypto world as the world keeps developing and growing without them. It is good news for them and their own people as I believe that any country that is trying to stay away will still definitely regret missing out at the end, and who on earth is that going to be paining? Obviously not us, neither is it the countries that are smart enough to embrace it and at least regulate it.

Great news. Even if it happened in march. Now, that the market has recovered, the ICO scene shall thrive.
Korea is a great market in terms of crypto, so it could mean higher amounts accumulated by the ICOs.
Definitely nice.
I'd love to see ICO becoming more of a norm.

It is a really good news but for the entire market to improve all the major countries has to follow the same regulation pattern, we need to monitor these ICO and we need legit projects to collect the funds and the regulation will help the investors about the risk involved in these investments because the scams will be no longer in the market and there will be more transparency.

Though i was mood off for market down today, hearing this news my mind just becomes fresh and cool   Cool  If South Korea comes again in the crypto platform then all altcoins will have a massive growth! South Korea, China was one of the best bitcoin supported countries. But last year we lose them. And, now, if South Korea will back on the track then China may follow their step!

I hope this year gonna be huge for the all cryptocurrency coins  Let's hope for the best.

ICO Market Reopening in South Korea

South Korea Considers Reopening ICO Market

Last year, South Korea banned any new Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) from being held in the country, but a new bill introduced by South Korean lawmakers could open the ICO market back up, albeit one now strictly supervised by government regulators. The passage of the bill could signal the start of a less FUD-y crypto stance coming from the country.

.

This is a welcome development for the cryptomarket which had suffered serious humiliation in South Korea. The passage of the bill could mean a lot in the South Korea economy and the world economy at large.

I think this is really big news for the crypto market with the positive information but people does not care the positve news but they really going to shit news spreading in the local tele medias. They always guide the newbie to sit in the traditional investment options alone.

I think these kind of the thread only needed bump here in this forum but instead of that people do bumping the negative information on this forum and even in Reddit too.

Oh, so what happened to them now ?
They are trying to realize they are going to end up missing out at the end or what ? Bunch of hypocrites Roll Eyes.

What most governments are not realizing is that, trying to form a resistance or a wall against the presence of cryptocurrency in their country is just going to end up making them lag behind in the long run and by then, they probably may have been too late. Whatever negativity they want to bring to the table will only end up hurting them at the end and it is good they are trying to take a U-turn.

It's a pretty good news and I think south koreans would be very happy about the development. I hope the south Korean government sees the advantages of crypto currency and invest in it too.

This is very good news because considering south korea is one of the countries that opposed crypto,
Crypto is not an enemy but a very useful technology,

It seems that this bill has quite a chance of being approved. This news is not surprising, the ICO bans in countries like China or South Korea are a way to buy time while their governments study how ICOs work and how they should regulate them. While in the vast majority of countries governments decided to regulate without prohibiting or stopping the activity of ICOs, in these countries they have chosen to do things in a more drastic manner.

That is awesome news! It should liven the market a little bit. The market is coming down again, I can't see a reason for this though, if I know anything about crypto, it will be much better by the end of the year. This news should be good for the market and when the new laws are applied it will be much, much better.

Some good news finally, once south korea is back into the market then you can be sure that prices will start to soar again because the south koreans make of one of the biggest parts of the cryptocurrency market and there is no denying that without them then the prices of cryptos would be a lot more lower than they are now and with this news then ICOs are going to start doing better.
