South Korea is the biggest market after Japan so South Korea government also in favour with cryptocurrency and they formed a committee in re structuring all the ico market it is good in developing country

This is great news for the crypto market ! Koreans are a key player for this market, and any good news from them is a step forward. Let's just hope that this new bill introduced by the  South Korean lawmakers will pass and the ICO market will finally reopen.

Thats really good news. South Korea big member in crypto area. I'm sure that this will improve the market and BTC and altcoins will go up. We need it now.

South Korea Considers Reopening ICO Market

Last year, South Korea banned any new Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) from being held in the country, but a new bill introduced by South Korean lawmakers could open the ICO market back up, albeit one now strictly supervised by government regulators. The passage of the bill could signal the start of a less FUD-y crypto stance coming from the country.
