Including one that was warned about a scam and still gave good ratings for the scammer.

These Ico rating sites are our new version of hyip monitor, of course, these ICO will have to pay for them to get listed and get a good rating, the bad part is we the investors and promoters are the one suffering from their deceit, I think they are part of the problems.
Submitted already many times, by many people, but they are not reacting.
