Strange I have the purse did not come coins from a pool?! The number of purse sent to my wallet but never came why?
There are certain reasons,
1. Your wallet maybe is not sync with the network
2. You are not using the latest wallet
3. Though there is a slim chance ( your chain maybe forked)
Fix.
1. Back up you wallet.dat
2. Delete all in your ICOBID folder except wallet.dat
3. Download the latest wallet
4. Follow the instruction.

When I check the icobidplatform.net then It shows that 8558.17400000 ICB were sold at 1000 Satoshis but I doubt that this amount is real.
The website need to have an update because there are many things that are not functional like this above and some of links are with no-action.

First: backup your wallet backup (file wallet.dat) , save that the safest place
